•Frukost ingick inte i priset men man betalade för frukost. •Daglig städning skedde aldrig men de skulle ingå. •Bara italiskt tal, de fattar ingen engelska. De översätter med en översättnings app. •När utcheckningen var dags så fanns de ingenstans att lämna nycklarna och ingen att kontakta då jag inte kunde ringa med min mobil i de landet, fick lämna dörrarna öppna och lämna nycklarna helt obevakade på bordet i entrén.

Pensez à repondre aux clients quand il arrive et dit ’’Bonjurno’’. C'est la base quand on veut travaille avec des touristes. Faire semblant d'être intéressé par son départ dans les îles durant 3 jours.

Je ne comprends pas ce genre d'hébergement qui dans la fiche de description stipule que la propriétaire est polyglotte alors qu'elle parle juste italien et 5 mots d’anglais et son mari ’’niete’’. Je réserve 3 nuits avec le site,puis après une nuit supplémentaire je demande si je peux laisser mon sac,le temps de visiter les îles. Je lui transmet la demande en italien et elle accepte avec enthousiasme quand je lui dis réserver une nuit de plus et une nuit au retour avant de quitter la Sicile. Son mari vient dans la minute chercher l'argent et la taxe de séjour. Quelques heures passent et je reçois un mail m'affirmant qu'elle ne peut pas conserver mon sac durant 3 jours. Je demande une explication,et j'ai des excuses bidons sans sens. Une famille avec des problèmes selon elle. Bilan,j'ai dû foncer dans un centre de dépôt de bagages et payer 50 euros. De plus,ils m'ont facturé la chambre 3,5 euros de plus que sur le site. Du jamais vu. Ils n'ont aucun sens de l'hospitalité ni sympathie pour les clients. Juste un business sans état d'âme. La chambre est propre,petite. Seul problème,on entend les propriétaires se crier dessus,les enfants jouer au football à l'étage et la lumière du couloir filtre dans la chambre par des carreaux en verre. Bref,si vous aimez le contact avec l'esprit ’’guesthouse’’ et espérer passer une bonne nuit,ce n'est pas l’endroit idéal à mon sens. C'est un endroit pour les italiens uniquement. Et le check in se fait sur rendez vous selon leur disponibilité.

Endroit bien entretenu, belle chambre et lit confortable. Par contre on entend les gens de la chambre à côté et dans le corridor la nuit. Pas de frigo donc n'apportez rien de périssable avec vous. Immeuble sécuritaire et nous avons eu du stationnement en face. L'hôte ne parle que l'italien.

The hotel is perfectly placed (close to main streets and with good connections to the central station and the bus station). It is clean and quiete. The hosts are very hospitable and helpful! There is a possibility to have a breakfast as well. Absolutely recommendable!
