•Room was big and spacious
However:
•The swimming pool did not feel like 34°c
•There were ants in the room so had to be changed to another room but the next one had a dirty shower head and the pillow cases had dirty stains on them.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay in Rimini :)

This is a lovely hotel (service, breakfast, spa, location)… spoilt entirely by one thing. The noise insulation between the rooms is shocking.
The first morning I was woken up by an iPhone alarm in the room next to me at 5:45am, which repeated every 10 minutes.
The second night I was woken up by someone above me moving round their room at 2am. It sounded like someone was dropping heavy objects on the floor: I assume it was just someone walking in shoes.
The third night I was woken by someone coughing.
The noise insulation is about as effective as a curtain dividing you from your neighbours and everything is amplified by the hard surfaces (zero carpets anywhere).
It’s no exaggeration to say I stay in around 50 different hotels a year all around Europe and have never experienced an issue anything like this one. I would never stay at this hotel again because of it.

Wir hatten die Angabe „high floor“ bei der Buchung gemacht, jedoch bekamen wir ein Zimmer im 2.OG, das Unterste Geschoss mit Zimmern. Nach reklamieren an der Rezeption konnten wir am nächsten Tag in das 5. ( von 6) umziehen. Das war erfreulich. Die Aufzüge sind etwas unkoordiniert. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wonderful clean hotel great location. Breakfast is delicious with lots of variety . The only bad thing is the smell in the room it was like sewer smell. We booked two rooms one had this smell. It’s an excellent hotel except from that issue. Staff friendly and helpful

Probably one of the better hotels in rimini, funished to a nice standard. Very helpful staff. Breakfast is amazing, incredible selection and high quality. Beach is close and lovely ...across the promenade. Would definitely return.

The property was great a short stroll to the beach, shops and restaurants: very friendly staff, lovely breakfast and great room. The only negative was we did not stay longer. Parking is high at €28 a day but I am sure you could find an alternative nearby.
