Would recommend this hotel to stay in. It’s a great location easy to walk to centre of town and the train station. My room was modern and clean, breakfast had a good selection and friendly staff

Check-in was easy; staff was friendly. Location is very convenient to the Parma train station. Facilities at the hotel are very nice.

Nice hotel , very close to the station and all places of interest . I was checked in earlier - the room was ready. The staff tried to accommodate my requests-as a tea kettle in the room. My bed was comfortable, air conditioning was working well. Breakfast was modest but nice. My only negative thing- instead of a shower was a bath. I find it inconvenient climbing in.. But if in Parma, will consider to comeback.

Noisy in the morning person using leaf blower too early. Bathroom was too small especially the showr for a 4 star hotel

It was labelled as 4* I’d say 3 at most. Room was small and not what was pictured. Close to the main shops and restaurants, but didn’t feel overly safe. Breakfast buffet was good.

Seen not very good reviews of this property on various platforms but was far enough to walk from the station without being in the immediate vicinity of station. We know people who live in Parma and they advised to stay clear of the station area as it is dodgy, especially at night, so this left us with little choice. However, it was better than expected. Staff are not the warmest (except an Asian receptionist who was always friendly). Room was large and quite smart looking and in generally good condition. Even so, we had a few issues after checking in but they were resolved quickly and without fuss. Wifi and a/c worked fine. Bathroom was good with large towels and decent toiletries. Breakfast was adequate but if you came down to eat towards the end of breakfast time there was not too much left and the few breakfast staff did nothing to replenish. Location to town centre was good and what was particularly nice was that the road the hotel was on was lined with lime trees and the the blossoms were in bloom and the air smelt lovely.

We totally enjoyed our stay in this hotel… the location is absolutely walkable to the city center, we would definitely stay a second time here.

Welcoming check in. Friendly, helpful staff. Had quiet interior room. Disappointed in cleanliness of hotel-hallway & stair carpet stains/dirt, my room was dusty, chairs at breakfast stained & dirty. Hotel was convenient location-few min from train station & main street Garibaldi.

The hotel was adequate for our needs but very average. The location is good being near the train station and a short walk to the square for lots of dining options.

I cannot say enough about this property the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This hotel was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Italy. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel in the Parma area.

Room ventilation is limited due to no AC.

Jonna at reception was marvelous. She checked to see if my room would be ready early, just in from Transatlantic flight. Much appreciated. She also showed me on the mapwgere everything was. All in walking distance. The breakfast was not that great. Bacon and sausages not hot, sitting in grease. Room was very comfortable.

Front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly!

Very close to train station, bus stop, large variety of shops and two shopping centres less than 30 minute walk from hotel, very comfortable room.

Parking situation is a bit complicated, we had to park in a public parking lot. Reported that window was not closing, but got never fixed.
