Breakfast was a buffet style with ample selection of different food. Hot fresh coffee and hot food options too. The staff were really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Can recommend as it's well located just 250 yards from Bologna central and just a 10/15 minute walk into the city centre. Nicely located for the Feria too just 2km away so you can either walk or catch a bus directly

This is a great hotel, close to the railway station. The staff were really friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. Enjoy a lovely stroll into the city centre. So much to see and do.

Thanks to Frank on reception when I arrived late after a trying journey on the train. He was pleasant and welcoming. Also nice clean room with quality linen and towels plus friendly helpful cleaning staff.

A beautiful hotel, kept clean, with a comfortable bed. Maintenence is an issue; the heat wouldn't turn down so I heard road noise as i had to open window; the toilet didnt function properly and i had to keep playing with the shower facet to stop the dripping

Nice hotel, great location, lovely staff. Only negative is that there was no AC at the time of our visit (staff said due to the law). You are on a main road so there is loud road noise and when you the window open to cool down the room, was showing 30 degrees when windows was closed! (very uncomfortable) Asked about moving rooms to the back of the hotel away from the road, but was told we would have to upgrade our room as all standard rooms are road facing, upgrade was an extra €20 a night! Overall, a pleasant stay, close enough to walk into the city centre but far enough away to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Bologna.

The hotel is nice and in a great location if you don't have long in Bologna and want to be close to the train station. It is an easy 15 mins walk to the center and the room was extremely comfortable. However, I had found the price cheaper online and on arrival asked if they would respect the price. They said that was an error and the price was fixed, but if you look on their website it's 40 Euros cheaper. I have had this happen before and the hotel usually offers breakfast or matches the price but here they didn't want to hear anything and were quite rude at check-in.

Modern hotel very close to the central train station with level paving throughout the route... good for wheeled luggage! Reception staff were very friendly and check in and out was quick and efficient. The hotel has a clean, modern feel throughout. My room was spacious and, despite using 'do not disturb' so that I could get up late one morning, the room was still serviced after I had left as late as just before midday that day! The location is safe and, aside from other guests having conversations right outside my door and slamming their doors (not the hotel's fault; people are generally very selfish these days and lack etiquette), it was very quiet. The shower was particularly spacious although the shower door functioning did make it hard not to flood the bathroom floor! This is a good hotel and I highly recommend it.

We stayed there for the 1st time. Staff are helpful, we had a lovely dinner and surprisingly they cater for coeliac guests which is a bonus. However the room we stayed isn’t well maintained, couldn’t use a key card for some reason. The TV is rather small & not user friendly.
