Très bon séjour, l'hôtel Spagna a sûrement connu des jours meilleurs mais c'est un bon 2 étoiles, pas cher et au centre de la vieille ville! Le gérant et son fils sont adorables, le petit déjeuner est copieux, et l'hôtel ainsi que Arona sont super pour rayonner autour du lac majeur. Seuls inconvénients: L'hôtel est un peu démodé, les oreillers durs, pas d'ascenseur et la cloche de l'église juste à côté sonne tous les matins à 8h00.

My room was always stuffy (even with the windows open), management barely spoke English, management wasn't always present, I asked for an iron and iron board.. All I got was a iron that leaked water and didn't twirl properly

Personale cortese e simpatico, struttura dell'albergo e della camera vecchia, per chi non vuole nessuna pretesa. Non c'è l'ascensore quindi con le valigie è un po difficoltoso, pulizia molto buona; è valido per chi deve fare due o tre giorni

Per essere un 2 stelle in condizioni poco sopra la sufficienza è fuori prezzo. Con pochi euro in più vai in strutture 4 stelle (che realmente sono 2 e mezzo 😅) tenute decisamente molto meglio e più vicine al lungolago. Ciò non toglie che, per quello che dovevo fare io, mi è andato più che bene. Una nota veramente positiva sono i materassi. Li ho trovati veramente comodissimi.

albergo senza pretese a conduzione famigliare. ottima la pulizia della camera un po vecchiotta e rovinata la vasca da bagno che funziona da doccia! non ha parcheggio proprio ma è in posizione strategica a 2 minuti dalla zona commerciale! consigliato per brevi soggiorni anche con bambini!

L'albergo è a gestione famigliare. Non c'è presidio notturno, per cui lo vedrei più come un b&b. I gestori sono molto cortesi e disponibili. L'ambiente, il servizio e le camere sono molto spartani, non ci si può aspettare molto, ma la pulizia mi pare ottima. La colazione è buona ma solo dolce. Per me non era un problema, ma per qualcuno potrebbe esserlo. Da segnalare che l'albergo non ha parcheggi riservati neanche a pagamento. Io sono stato fortunato, ma in certi giorni potrebbe essere un problema.
