This is a great place to stay in Milan. The service was excellent, the rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were neat and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. The biggest advantage is the location — it is just one minute away from the train station, with easy connections to Milan Central, making travel very convenient. The food was also very good, and we especially enjoyed the experience of watching the football final together with everyone on a big projector. That was truly the highlight of our trip and made our stay even more memorable. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and we would highly recommend this place.

Spent 4 night here and had a pleasant time. The rooms were nicely air conditioned and the room was lovely and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast had great options and the location was really ideal as it was right near the metro which take you straight to the duomo in 15 mins. Would gladly come back :)

Front staff are the worst. Ever and never seen in my life. Rude customer service and talking on their language and laughing at us we have disabled child and not even considered that and laughing at us. Worst people and worst service. Never and ever go back

We arrived at night, but it was very easy to find the hotel with warm lights. There was always a receptionist at the front desk and felt very like home. The room was also clean and cozy. With two children, we had a very relaxing stay.

The property was nice and very convenient. I had a car but I used just for outside Milano. The subway is 2 min walk. Breakfast was great. Clean and quiet. The front desk service was very helpful in all the aspects.

La struttura è carina ma necessita di ripulita e ristrutturazione. Il personale non è sempre esattamente cortese. La camera piccola, il letto doppio ma molto scomodo, bagno da rifare, soffitto con molte crepe, corridoio sporco, condizioni vecchio e rumoroso. In compenso, ottima colazione e stazione metro proprio all angolo ma nel complesso un ottimo tre stelle al prezzo di un tre stelle, però. Non è un quattro stelle e non vale il prezzo.
