We were delayed by a day arriving due to airline issues, and Marco finessed the whole thing so that our limo did get us at the airport the next day. Very helpful and pleasant. Great service. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and lovely. Nice location.

The staff was wonderful, super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself needs a little TLC. The decor a bit kitch. It could be a great space with its interesting layout. Our room was very small. Good thing we only had carry on luggage Honestly the best thing about this hotel is its staff and location

From the moment they see you arriving out on the street entrance, someone is helping you with luggage. This place goes out of their way to wait on you! I attribute this great service to the management and all the filapinos working there! They give the best service. The breakfast was great! The location is great !! Yes! We will stay here again !

Great location. Walkable to the Colosseum, Pantheon and many dining options. Roof top bar is a must with awesome drinks by Ali. Staff is friendly and very helpful. We did have a minor issue with our toilet that needed attention but not a deal breaker.

We booked their suites and loved the amount of space they provided. Rooms were clean on arrival, and the help provided to take our bags upstairs on check in and back downstairs to our awaiting transportation at check out was truly appreciated. The staff was welcoming and helpful from the moment we walked through the doors. They went above and beyond to fulfill our requests throughout our stay. The location is safe, convenient, and just a walk of a few minutes from the Pantheon. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this great property. We would definitely stay here again should the opportunity arise.

We stayed here with our family of 4. Room was comfortable, staff was nice, and location was excellent. We were able to walk to many tourist locations throughout Rome including Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, etc. There was also a super convenient taxi stand that came in handy and taxi rides were quite economical for the four of us together. And, while convenient, hotel was also quiet and peaceful.

We thoroughly enjoyed the location. Plus the people at the desk went above and beyond with arranging travel. Loved the traditional Italian street location, especially close to the pantheon. And spectacular views from the rooftop bar! Ali was especially gifted with mixology!

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! The staff was friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure your stay was unforgettable! The rooms ate extremely comfortable and clean! The buffet breakfast was amazing. The rooftop terrace bar was a lovely place to unwind after a day of sightseeing and Ali was a skilled and friendly mixologist! I highly recommend this hotel in Rome!
