The check was great. The staff was Amazing and friendly and very helpful. Location Location, was close to everything. And I mean everything. Would recommend to stay here in a heart beat. Bravo to the hotel and staff.

At first glance, the room seem very old and out of date. The furniture was old and worn. The decor the same. But, almost everything works and the bed was comfortable. The shower door leaks. Housekeeping only left us one set of paper cups and one box of tissues. Wouldn't be replaced if you run out. Room amenities are minimal. It was nice that they have 24 hour front desk service. It was comforting to know that if your taxi doesn't show up at 3am, there is someone who could help you call. The location was excellent. Walking distance to most sights. I wouldn't mind staying here again.

We got there at 10:30 pm and our room was not available. The hotel manager proposed to us to sleep in 2 separate room and one of us alone (we are a family of 3). This was really annoying. We agreed to put an extra bed in one double room but of course the space was limited. The following day they were able to give us our original room but we had to move luggage and we wasted time. Overall hotel is old stay, wifi connection not stable in all rooms so if you need to work not a good option

This is a great location, so many walkable restaurants and sights to see. The room and lobby were a bit worn. The staff was very nice and helpful. The area felt very safe. The bed in our room was not comfortable though and the pillows were hard. We stayed 3 nights. The free breakfast was okay. Several choices but eggs terrible. A/c was adequate and room was quiet. It is a good basic place in a great area. If the bed was better I'd give a better rating.

Small, quiet hotel in a great location. Close enough to walk to most things you would want to see on your visit to Rome. Breakfast was good and the rooms were clean with decent bathrooms. My only gripe would be regarding the air conditioning unit which was poor and needed updating and this wasn’t just a faulty unit as the other room on our booking was the same, otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Traiano

Ideal base while exploring Rome, with short walks to the most popular landmarks. Some parts of the hotel are looking a little tired, but clean and comfortable. Customer service was amazing, staff very friendly and helpful.

Great location - 10 mins walk to Trevi Fountain and Colesseum. Quick & efficient check in. Large bedroom with a double and single bed and tonnes of space between them. Plenty of towels and good quality toiletries. Bottom of bathroom door had been badly damaged with water, and bottom of bedroom furniture was chipped but other than that the room was great. Breakfast was surprisingly good with decent selection of hot & cold food, and machine dispensing coffee and 3 different juices. It felt more like a 3 than a 4 star so over priced for what you get but i’d stay again because of the location

Hotel is clean and rooms are basic, but there is no bar or restaurant as listed on Hotels.com. Location is excellent and very close to amenities. Transfer from airport was good and reasonably priced. Hotel staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
