Staff were lovely. Breakfaat offered a great variety. Pastries crispy and delicious. Easy walk to palace and train to naples. Rooms good size. Bathrooms lively. Skhowet great Pillows on thin side but loved our stay.

Great place to stay in Caserta. We stayed as a convenient for returning a car to the Naples airport without going into Naples and to see the Palace in Caserta. Hotel was overall excellent and included free underground parking, a terrific breakfast, beautiful pool, and also has a gourmet restaurant. The hotel is not right on the road, but down a driveway. Finding the entrance to the parking is a little tricky. I recommend calling the hotel for explicit directions.

The hotel is great from the outside. Once we got in our room, we discovered the bathroom window was broke off the hinge and we told front desk, but was not looked at. The bed frame was broke and half way fixed. There was a party Sunday, June 1st which we were told it would be over by midnight, but the music and noise didn’t stop until 2:30 or 3:00am. The dinner that we had on June 2nd was not good at all and seemed to be leftover from a different meal. The hotel staff ordered our taxi for us, but did not tell us that we had to pay euros, so we didn’t know that until we reached the airport. The driver was not happy and had to call his boss to see if they could take a credit card from us. I would not recommend this hotel if you want peace and quiet or decent food.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was difficult to find and could benefit from better signage as it was hidden away on a small dead-end side street. The garden was pleasant and well-maintained.

The rooms were clean. and beds very comfortable. The internet was very bad so I could not use to work. Breakfast is nice and staff is friendly. It is also walkable area, to the palace and main street, The staff was very accommodating allowing us to park in their safe garage whole day when we checked out to visit the palace. We appreciate that very much.

The gentleman at the front desk was not very warm or welcoming, he made us feel a bit uncomfortable. The place isn't exactly as shown in photos. The rooms are outdated and weathered. Very dark getting inside from the parking garage. The restaurant staff at dinner was overbearing watching us and we felt rushed and unwelcome. Food was subpar at restaurant. Over priced coffee from the bar, considering I paid half the price in more touristy areas. I would not recommend this place.

My friend and I and her two year old daughter booked this hotel for mid June because it had a nice looking pool and it looked like a relaxing place to stay to relax. But we found out (on the second day at the hotel through another guest, not even at check in) that the pool doesn’t open until July and that we were not allowed to use it. In addition it was 30 degrees Celsius and none of the air conditioners in the entire hotel were working. I looked back at the reviews and saw that a year ago the same issue was happening, so it looks to me like the excuse of them transitioning to a new aircon system was a lie. We were told we would receive fans for our room which were not given to us until the last night of our stay. As you can imagine this was not at all a relaxing trip, and I truly regret booking this hotel. One plus I will say is that the waitress we had at dinner was absolutely fantastic.

The rooms are outdated and air conditioning seems to not exist. Hotel pool and grounds are pretty. Hotel is hard to find. Breakfast is fine . Beds are terrible as well as the front end service. Look for other places in Caserta or just pass on Caserta as a whole.
