We enjoyed the cleanliness of our room. They are also soundproof and the view to the garden is so nice. The parking area is convenient. The pool was so clean. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. The breakfast is great and the staff of the restaurant were wonderful. Thank you for the hospitality and good service.

Love that it's tucked away from the hustle of the central Florence. I was not impressed with the rooms. We were not offered help with bags or taken up to our rooms by staff. The rooms and bathrooms are rather small, and badly need a paint job. Also, the carpet runner in the hallways need to be replaced.

Excellent hotel with engaged and helpful staff, beautiful environment and lovely rooms. Breakfast very good with the excellent selection of hot and cold options. Would highly recommend for those that like to be a little away from the centre of the city. Easy bus routes in or a lovely hour walk into the centre of the city.
