I chose this hotel pretty much at random. The grounds are very well maintained. The room was very clean. The best thing about this hotel is the professionalism of the staff! They were friendly and helpfull.

Fantastic! We were just there one night, but would love to go back. The staff were wonderful …. VERY HELPFUL ( especially the lady, Romena, at the reception desk.) The breakfast was delicious & hosted in a very lovely dining room.

This was a larger hotel than we expected, with an amazing breakfast, probably one the best in Italy. Varieties of hot and cold items, and freshly made coffee. The menu did change from day to day slightly. You can also sit outside if you wish. The pool was nice, however, to our understanding, you need to make sure to book it in advance, otherwise, it is under lock and key, and you won't be let in. You get escorted everytime you want to go to the pool. The hotel does receive tours, so our advice is to eat earlier before the tours show up. The staff was helpful, and the room was spacious. The decor is dated, but one could say that is old Italian charm. A good option if you have transportation, and if you want time in both Trevisio and Venice, as we did an easy day trip to both.

They market a pool - but its 22 euro a day to use, even for guests, no matter how long you are staying for. Guests of the hotel pay the same to use the pool as anyone off the street would. Also, the front desk staff is extremely rude. Many people in our travel party experienced this independently.

This hotel should only cater to tour groups! As an individual couple we reserved a Junior suite and found ourselves in a room that was super hot room without the heat on, no AC. The bed was beyond firm with flimsy pillows. The noisy elevator next door kept us up all night. The front desk service was the worst where the guy named 'Marcos' got into a heated argument about the fact that they were all sold out and that we had the best room in the hotel!! I truly believe other people reviewing this hotel are paid since it's shocking to see the high rating!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property and we appreciated the help and advice the staff gave us. We were able to know more about what to visit in Venice and where to go to fully enjoy the city. The breakfast was fantastic and loved the options they had; the ladies in the dining area were very attentive to our needs. The place, overall, is great and is very quiet. We will likely stay here again in the future as we loved the feel we experienced as if we were locals in the area!

I like a lot of things about this hotel except the location. Because we didn’t drive the only transportation options are taxi, train and bus. The bus is not frequent and the taxi is pricy. The train station is about 15 minutes walk. It wouldn’t be an issue if people have a car.

Hotel is set approx 8 mins bus trip from Treviso, bus stop just outside entrance so very convenient. We stayed one night only and did not eat in the hotel restaurant but the room was comfortable and well appointed, the decor is not modern but it was clean and everything you could ask for if you were staying for a short while. The shower was great and the staff could not have been more helpful with our queries and were all friendly and professional The hotel is also a short distance away from the airport so would recommend if you in the city and want something close by

The hotel was beautiful, clean , staff were lovely, breakfast and restaurant was beautiful. Only thing was that was disappointing was we couldn’t use the pool because of construction work and wasn’t told of this at the hotel. But apart from that are stay was lovely and we would be back thank you.

We had a great time at the hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful. We visited Venice and the Dolomites using the bus and train, both very good value for money. Lots of lovely places to eat in Treviso, which was easy to get to using either the bus or a taxi. We also had a lovely evening meal in the hotel. Excellent holiday. Thank you.

Arrived 3 hours early so we were given towels and told we could use all the facilities while they prioritised getting our room ready. The pool is really nice and the staff very welcoming. An all round good experience.
