We have just returned to the hotel for a couple of nights and as last year we enjoyed it very much. Nothing is to much trouble and the warm welcome we received was as always meant. This is a hotel that we would recommend to anyone and we will be returning to again.

Really wonderful location. Right on the shore of the Lake and quiet, but only a 5-10 minute walk from Limone centre. Great for relaxing, or watersports for the more adventurous. Plenty of space for all guests to spread out over the beach, garden and pool, so it doesn’t feel crowded, even when the hotel is full. Sauna in the garden is also a nice facility.
Staff and owners all very friendly and helpful. Didn’t eat in the restaurant, so can’t comment on that, however the breakfast options are plentiful and very good.
Not necessarily the cheapest accommodation, but in terms of location it must be one of the best, if not the best, in Limone, so worth it. Rooms are comfortable without being overly plush, perhaps some small elements of décor a little dated (only in my opinion of course), but everything is exceptionally clean.
A nice touch to get a “what’s on in the area” email before our stay.
Had a lovely stay and will definitely be back. Recommended without hesitation.

This hotel is in a great position with access to a private beach and within walking distance to the local town and walking track around the lake. The hotel's common areas are wonderful giving guests the best views to experience Lake Garda. It would have to be one of the best dining experiences we have ever had as they set up your dinner table on the shores of the lake - truly a magical experience. Food is great and the breakfast was also excellent with many options to suit all. There is also a lift which is a bonus for luggage and accessing all areas of the Hotel. However, this hotel is old (like many in the area) - it is dated and very tired looking. It needs repair. Our room was very basic and the bathroom was so small it only allowed for one step to be taken inside. The view from the room was the only redeeming feature here. Service and staff were friendly and helpful.

Das Hotel ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, war aber trotzdem sehr sauber. Das Personal war unheimlich freundlich und vor allen Dingen sehr tierlieb. Für einen Urlaub mit Hund das perfekte Hotel. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Bra läge med egen strand och 10 minuters promenad till staden. Åt på hotellet första kvällen, jättegod risotto följt av grillat kött. Köttet i princip oätbart tyvärr. I staden finns som tur är massor av bra restauranger.

Tolle Lage, sehr nettes Personal besonders beim Frühstück. Das Hotel befindet sich an einem kleinen Privatstrand mit direktem Zugang zum See.
Die Zimmer allgemein mit Blick auf den See sind klein aber funktionell ausgestattet. Daher grds in Ordnung. Aber aufgrund der Wärme noch Ende August wäre eine Klimaanlage sehr zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer waren abends noch so warm ,dass man nur schwer einschlafen konnte.

Posizione magnifica, personale del bar e colazione splendidi e gentili.
Peccato per alcune cose in camera, da rivedere.
-Frigorifero mini non funzionante e vuoto( almeno una bottiglia di acqua per 160 euro a notte me l aspettavo)
-luce abat-jour in camera non funzionante
-bidet con tappo bloccato.

Super Lage, freundliches Personal. Frühstück war auch sehr gut, Kritik daran nicht (mehr)zu verstehen. Einrichtung auch nicht wirklich veraltet, sondern vintage style. Zimmer mit Balkon klein, aber super ungestörter Ausblick auf den See. Kleinigkeiten nicht optimal , aber was will man denn real wirklich noch mehr haben?

Sehr nettes Haus in super Lage. Wir hatten Comfort- Doppelzimmer. Größe des Zimmers einwandfrei, jedoch nur mit einem Sessel und einem Holzstuhl als Sitzmöglichkeit ausgestattet. Für ein Doppelzimmer könnten schon zwei Sessel zur Verfüfung stehen. Die war eigentlich der einzige Kritikpunkt.
