Great place, we paid for breakfasts, really good food breakfast, we have great time.

Hotel was easy to find using GPS. The parking was very convenient! The front information table at the side of the entrance was very neglected. It needed dusting and cleaning badly. Our guest room smelled of smoke.(a smoker's room) In fact, the next night when I pulled out my pjs, I could smell smoke residue. (We do not smoke). Also, the room floor had not been swept and the nightstands had to be washed. I wanted to inform the staff the next morning and she said they have nothing to do Expedia reservations. In fact, I couldn't get a receipt from the front desk person as I checked out. I used Expedia for all of my other hotel reservations and I received a receipt from all except for this hotel. Greatly disappointed. I would not stay here again. Upon checking in, the staff rep. said dinner was to be served at 7:30. We returned to the lobby to find out that there is no dinner on weekends for guests. Staff also told us we could find a bank close by. After driving around to find a bank for some time, we found an ATM. however, it stated that it could not service my request. We did find the "Edone" restaurant. Dinner was the highlight of our stay in Prato. Staff should have a list of reccommended places to offer guests.

It was great except the cleaning lady came in while I was asleep and in the shower. A do not disturb sign would be helpful to have.

The property in my opinion is a little tired and need updating.. We also had to change our 3 times as had a smell of smoking ..best thing was the bed was very comfortable and room spacious..was ok fir 1 nt

C’était bien! Le lit et oreiller très confo et belle vue sur les montagnes. Déjeuner complet et bien. 2 seul hic ! Téléviseur mal situé et petit et la douche à besoin d’être remplacer.

Stayed for 2 nights for business trip . Good location near by to shops and a few restaurants. Large room with big comfortable double bed . Wifi was working well ..breakfast was very good .. covid precautions being taken . Would definitely stay again .

Stayed here during the height of Italian holiday season so it was hard to find places to stay. This was affordable and available close to Florence with out being in Florence. Had two rooms (only needed one) and the place was spacious and had a kitchen.

Good for business traveller and stay here mostly during my visit to Prato

For the amount charged, there needs to be a review done. Breakfast was always the same. The INTERNET never works, or works sometimes, not good for business needs. No facility available at the hotel to arrange tours around Florence, Pisa etc.....all is left to the tourist who come from other places and not having much knowledge of the region. The option to even book online is not possible as then the need arises to go over to Florence to start a tour....this should be changed to have pick up directly from this Hotel to provide convenience to travelers and tourists. Otherwise the Hotel is good and i could consider staying again if these minor points are taken into consideration and addressed.
