Sand and Blue Seas

We really loved our stay in Negril. The location was amazing, right on the beach and within easy walking distance to everything. Being right next door to Travellers was also very convenient. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff were wonderful. They were very friendly and hardworking. The restaurant food was really tasty, and my daughter especially loved the fried chicken. Overall, the property felt safe, and everyone we interacted with was warm and welcoming. There were a few challenges that affected our experience. Communication was not very responsive. We ran out of toilet paper, and it took about 15 hours to receive more. One night, our TV malfunctioned and would not turn off, and there was no option to get help after 4:00 pm. We also did not receive beach towels until the day before we left, which was disappointing given the beachfront location. Despite those issues, we had a great stay overall and would still recommend this hotel for its location, friendliness, and atmosphere.

The room was clean and what was expected. We had a adjoining room, however the other room was occupied by a different party and not part of our group. Unfortunately the walls and doors are thin and sound escapes. Sadly they were extremely loud. But we made the best of it, as we weren't there to stay in our room. Overall the staff were friendly, accommodating and hospitable.

First room we had extremely small not big enough for 3 people after 3 now nights in room asked to be changed. Never even had trash bags in room. Stayed at NBC numerous times think should not be used for 3 people way to small. Also would have been nice to have a patio table or one in the room. Didn’t see staff much to say anything about them.

There was no WiFi in our room or on the property for us to use. They knew and they didn’t warn us. We couldn’t use the Internet the whole time we were there. Not good.

Kitchen was good . Throughout my stay no Television I call twice, Television still out never watch at all, Bathroom sink no water reported twice nothing done, I wish I have better service from the front desk to make my stay more comfortable

My only concern is i ask for a room with a king bed but i got one with double beds

The property is right by the beach which is good. Its pretty close to supermarkets. There's a bar and restaurant on property and many more close by. The unit was very clean. However, it was lacking in kitchen essentials. If your major interest is the beach then this is a great budget option for accommodation.

Right on the beach, clean room, A/C works great ... no issues. Will return for sure.

They were so friendly and hospitable.

My room was a lot better than I thought. Only few problems that I had was the lighting at night around the property and trying to watch tv and the staff not knowing the PIN number. I however was able to just watch my apps on their tv by using my login. Restaurant on property was good.

Beautiful clean property the chef cooks very good.. pool needs some paint .. otherwise this place is amazingly beautiful and on the beach just don’t expect anything fancy.. it’s simple and easy .. definitely a vibe I’ll be back!

I come here at least 1-3 times a year. It feels like a community.

Nice place to stay. More geared toward the geriatric crowd though.

Before checking in on Wednesday i wanted to check out because of the staff at the front desk. When i got to the room it was nice and clean. Staff came on friday to clean the room,we only had 2 towels and they took it and didn’t replace any towels, there was only a half roll of toilet paper when we got there on Wednesday evening and it was all gone before the room was cleaned,They did not replace the toilet paper at all.. That friday i left the resort and when i came back that night is when i realized all of this. I then went to the front desk to see if i could atleast get a toilet paper and no one was there. Saturday before checking out my gf spoke to a staff and ask for towel and toilet paper and was told that we have to wait for front desk which really had me upset. When checking out at 11 there was still no Staff for Sands and Blue Seas at the front desk. I love the property but some of the staff is driving this place to the ground. I would’ve rather stayed in the mountains and wipe my as*with grass because of how we was treated. NO TOILET PAPER ,REALLY!!!!! And if you want to know who it is,we just checked out of the reggae suit yesterday.

Only issue I had was there were not enough beach chairs available.
