TERRIBLE AND AWEFUL COMMUNICATION! The night prior to our stay I reached out to ask if they offered luggage storage. They replied with, the room has been cleaned and we can check in early when we arrive and our room is on the 1st floor. I replied asking what is the earliest time we can check in; no response after that! The next day we arrived at 10:30 am, we noticed there were no key in the lock box. I reached out to say that there were no key and if it’ll be provided later. We rang the doorbell and knocked several times no one answered the door. We also noticed that someone was inside and thought it could be the cleaning crew. Also some guest from the 2nd floor came down. At 12 pm my husband, senior mom and with my 2 kids decided to lug (in the hot summer heat) our luggages to be stored and return at 3 pm the check in time, still no responses at this time. We returned at 3 pm and still no response and no key in the lock box. We rang the door again and someone comes to the door, turns out they check out the next day. They over booked this room! I messaged them again saying there are already guests in the room and if they can accommodate our stay. No reponse! During this time waiting for a response the upstairs guest returned for the day. They finally got a reply at 7 pm! They said sorry and the room is on the 2nd floor! This doesn’t make sense because guest came down in the morning and returned when we tried to check in! DO NOT RECOMMEND, AWEFUL SERVICE AND NO ACCOMMODATIONS!
