Very convenient location just off multiple stations. Connecting to major hub in Tokyo. Lots of street food and shops. One minus point: there is (at least one) room with no windows that makes it feel very stuffy. I assume that it’s one of the smaller rooms. You should check in advance if it matters. Otherwise, no complain, clean, great staffs, very little communication required for check in and out.

Our first night in Tokyo we stayed here. We are a family of 4 with 2 adults & 2 kids (age 8 & 13). We were lucky, we got one of the bigger rooms, which was able to store our 2 big luggage’s in the entry way. We really loved the futon on the tatami mats, it was really comfortable for us. The AC wasn’t turned on when we arrived, which left the room with a musky smell from the humidity. To help the damp, I suggest leaving the AC on. The bathroom is very very small, my husband hit his head on the bathroom door. Haha. It’s close to a train station so can get loud, we ran the white noise on our phone while we were sleeping and that really helped. All in all, the location was fantastic, the faculty was clean and the staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Traditional Japanese style room was simple and functional. Futon matresses were very comfortable. Bathroom is tiny, which is typical. The staff was friendly and helpful. The AC was cold, but things always felt very wet. Our other hotels (modern style) were not like this. Very convenient to food and shopping!

The property is very simple but functional. Be aware that there aren’t actual beds but matresses. The hotel is nearby the subway lines so you hear the noise almost all the time except from midnight to 5 am.

Budget hotel that had the least amount of amenities during our 3 week stay in Japan staying at 4 other hotels. No coffee, Limited water stored in a water jug, tea cups/glass cups. Slept on tatami mats which were not comfortable at all. The tatami mats were shedding and got all over my pants. Bathroom had a strong odour that we couldn’t really get rid of. The inn is located right next to the metro so can definitely hear the train come thru each time. Next time would choose a different place to stay.

Nice for a short term stay. Room is a good size for Tokyo and it can easily fit 4 people. Its very noisy in the hotel, walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbours very clearly. Bathroom is very small compared to other hotels in tokyo but its clean and manageable. Good location and easy to walk.
