Excellent hotel. Rooms are very clean. Staff are well trained, polite/professional, and helpful. Location is great. Nippori station is minutes away. Next time, I’ll stay at this great hotel again.

Room was clean but bed was too small for two people. Not much room for suitcases. Bathroom was tiny - toilet too close to the shower door so not easy to sit down! It was nice to have a kettle and fridge in the room. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We paid for the breakfast buffet but not many Gluten Free options so wasn't worth the price. Hotel about 6 minute walk from Nippori Station and lots of restaurants, supermarkets in the area. Located at the Nippori fabric district.

Hotel was alright. The staff were a bit stand-off-ish, but maybe it's just the language barrier. Good location and very clean. Walkable to all the major sites.

The best value and location. Close to the Nippori Station, which makes transit to several parts of the city convenient. Staff was excellent, courteous and hospitable. Breakfast is the best! We definitely will stay again!
