I had the best time staying at this hotel. Excellent facilities, great services, good location & nice room. There is a 24 hour 7/11 in the building and another one right across the street. There is a free sauna/onsen that is available to use for all the guests. Fast check in & check out, spacious lobby, 12 elevators, free movies on TV & many other great facilities. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Easy access to the train (there's one right under the hotel & within walking distance from a couple other stations). Room is compact but everything in there is functional. Definitely would stay here again.

Have a pleasant stay in this hotel. Perfect view, complete facilities. It’s so close with JR Namba station, no need to rush to the airport because the Airport Shuttle Bus is in the next building. Walking distance to Dotonburi in 10 minutes and other attractions. Will be my top choice when I visit Osaka again.

Room is small but clean. Staff is nice and professional. Easy check in. Close to all shopping and dining area. If I visit Osaka, I will stay again. We take bus to arrive there with a very short walk.

Price point and location was great, staff super helpful, this Hotel has everything you need! I just wish that tue posicy on tatoos was remove to access the roof top pool but other than that, I highly recommend this hotel and location

I will give it 3.5 stars. The location is good. The hotel staff is polite but not helpful. We have a family of 4, reserved 2 rooms and requested the rooms on the same floor. When the request was not met, they did very little to try to address it. The issue worsen with their elevator logic. There are times took 10-mins before you can get on an elevator, making time consuming when you tried to go between floors. The stairs seem to be reserved for emergency only, so I cannot even use the stairs to go one level down to grab some ice. The facilities they offer, such as public bath and laundry are quite crowded, making me believe the capacity of the services do not meet the scale of the hotel.

This hotel is very modern and comes with lots of useful in-room technology. Although the room is small, it’s very comfortable. The views from the pool and restaurant area on the top floor are truly impressive, and the hotel is taller than I expected. Dotonbori is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the nearest train station is even closer

Stayed in APA hotel before. It’s clean, tidy but small. In neighbourhood Namba close to most sightseeing spot in Osaka. 7-11 on 4th floor and serve quality cocktails in hotel bar. Many good amenities like self serve laundry.

This hotel was well located near Namba. The room was tiny. The AC needs to be put on "dry mode" otherwise everything gets really damp as there's no real ventilation. Free water from the dispenser which was nice. Would not stay in APA again though.

It was so crowded, we had to make a line to go up to our room, elevators took a long time to arrive, hallways were not as clean as other hotels in Japan, rooms were extremely small, we took for ever to get from the lobby to our room and even longer to go to any other floor with amenities. The tower was great but the amount of guests that they host makes it very difficult to enjoy the stay.
