Great affordable hotel, only a 10-15 minute walk away from two metro stations and near lots of shopping and dining options in Roppongi. As long as you know you're getting a small room this is a great option for solo or couple travelers!

Clean property and quiet area, not as crazy busy as other places in the city which was a refreshing change. Overall great place to stay. Though we found that they were lacking in the number of washing machines, it was difficult to find an open machine to use.

Very small rooms for two persons
Everybody recommended this hotel and I thinks there’s other good options
The bed is awful, bad pillows and the bed is irregular so yo can’t rest
The staff tried to avoid a service that is in the reception and for the check in they want to do all in the machines

This was the smallest room we had in all our hotels in Japan. Very compact but it is well designed to be fair with plenty of power points and had everything we needed. Bathroom is tiny but the shower was good.
Just very limited on space and only able to access the bed from one side. It's e very busy hotel in a popular area but we found it a little more awkward to travel to where we needed to be. The check in was efficient but all done on a machine. Breakfast was basic but edible.
Plus points: Very close to TeamLab Borderless.
Lawsons and other stores close by.
To get back to Narita airport we took at taxi from here to the Hyatt at a cost of 1500yen.

The hotel was very nice overall. The rooms were on the small side, but it had all the amenities. We got there early, as we got off a cruise, and had to pay 4,000 won for checking in early 2 hours early (Approximately ($27,84). A little pricey, but we paid anyways... The hotel is in an awesome location in Roppongi, with an easy walk to the subway and to Tokyo Tower.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and almost perfect with regards to its cleanliness, service, and price. There are two issues though. I travelled in April and Japan was still cold on most days. The hotel kept the air conditioner (AC) on all night. It took them two days to turn on the heat but on the fifth day, they went back to the AC and said they were not allowed to turn the heat on again. Those cold nights were uncomfortable.
The second issue was with their laundry room. If you need to do laundry, you have to wait hours to use one of the four machines. Once you use it, the drying function never actually dries your clothes even after two hours. I had to catch my flight with wet clothes in my bag.
There are machines on the market that can wash and dry in 30 minutes. I think the hotel should invest in those machines. Most of them are energy efficient nowadays. If the hotel is trying to conserve energy, two hours to wash and semi-dry is not the way to do it.
For the travelers who like to wash while traveling, there 24-hour laundromats in the area but nothing near this hotel. The 24 hour laundromats have 30 minute washers and 30 minute dryers.

The hotel was amazing. Very clean and Beautiful. Rooms are Small compared to Hotel rooms back home, but we don't stay in the room much so its really not a big deal. Staff was very nice and friendly and understand basic English which was nice because my Japanese is terrible. Area is a little rough especially at night, but that's not the Hotels fault. Would stay there again.

Good value for money, small room as expected for Tokyo, but as 2 people we managed fine. Towels replaced daily if you wanted. Fridge was useful.
Breakfast was really good, great selection, although had to queue one day, the earlier the better.
Good distance to the metro.
Beds were quite hard and the pillows quite flat.
