The hotel is am affordable place situated very close to Nakai Kishiwada Station, clean, safe and very quite. A budget friendly hotel for a tourist. Well situated less than 70 meters to the train station making it a point of access to anywhere you want to go to Osaka and it's environs.

The good: The staff was lovely, and that included the cleaning staff. The room was standard APA hotel: small but comfortable, with a big TV. There was a nice view from the window, although I couldn't actually see water, despite facing the bay. The presence of a stairwell (in addition to an elevator, of course) was welcome. The bad: I stayed there for about three weeks, which gave me plenty of opportunities to hear my neighbors. And hear them I did! Guy next door had a cold? I heard him coughing, clearing his throat, etc. Child in a room down the hall? Yep, heard him (or her) crying, heard him...wailing, I guess? Heard him talking, which got a lot louder when he was in the hallway. Lady across the hallway talking on her cell phone? Heard her. (Right, with each of us in our own rooms, with the doors closed.) The walls in this room were pretty thin (or rather, the insulation was poor), but I think most of the sound was coming in through the door. SUPER thin. I can put in some earplugs and deal with some noise when I'm at a capsule hotel....but this isn't a capsule hotel. I expect better.

This hotel was one of the best I stayed at during my trip. It had a great bed, but the worst pillow I've ever seen. The room was quiet and there were great services offered with VOD, toiletries, and even their own manga. There was also a breakfast and options for food delivery from local restaurants. It was also very affordable and close to the station, which goes directly to Osaka and KIX. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying near the KIX airport for a night or two before their flight.

The location is very good which is just a stone's throw away from the Nankai station. However, the amenities and facilities are tired and air-conditioning is centralized instead of self-adjusted. We felt hot and kept on awaking during mid-night.

My booking was a non-smoking room and end up was a smoking room for me. It's very uncomfortable for a non smoking person. In the website stated that car park is first come & first serve, I parked the car and there was plenty space but when I checked in the staff to me there was fully booked and I need to park in the close by car park and cost 600yen.
