The hotel is clean and modern. Although the room is small, it is fully furnished and arranged very reasonably. Near Nipponbashi station so it's convenient to go anywhere. The reception is extremely friendly and enthusiastic. Highly recommend :D

Beware of the stinky manager I asked him free breakfast because I payed for breakfast and when i went down in the morning there was literally nothing to eat.
Next day same thing. I asked to talk to him again he told me no. What do you want ??
Listen to me stinky japanese. Go and work on the streets and not with customers in hotel.
Food was disgustingly bad.
I never encountered something like that in whole japan.

This place is the worthless restaurant i ever seen in all japan.
As i went down to breakfast. There’s literally almost no food to eat.
I complained and asking the manager a free breakfast for the next day.
The next day was same almost no food left to eat.
I asked to talk again to the manager and he treated me badly without any respect told me what do you want ? And refused me another breakfast.
This place is a shame to japan. This place has no room for dining in japan.
And this manager need to work as the streets not in front customers.
Please enjoy japan and its finest dining and avoid this place.

This was my first time staying at APA hotel. I was a little apprehensive about how small the room is but the room had everything I needed. It was conveniently located, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and I really liked the different pillows. There was one that was perfect for me. I’ll definitely stay at an APA hotel again.

Stayed here a couple times, super convenient if you’re wanting to spend time around Namba. Many konbini everywhere and easy to walk for food. Lots of tourist. The room was adequate and cleaning was nearly daily. Had a great time here

I personally don't like staying in a congested area with plenty of people, so the Ebisucho-eki location was perfect for my needs and preferences.
Convenience: There's a Lawson convenience store right across the street and another 7-11 as well. The Ebisucho station is about a 3min walk away and is only one station away from Nippombashi. There are also a number of restaurants within the proximity and Shinsekai is also just a few min walk away.
Hotel: This particular APA has pretty standard features. The washer/dryers, microwave, vending machines are located on the 7th floor. I actually prefer having it at this level as it makes it a bit more convenient than having it on the 1st floor.
The rooms are pretty standard sized for a business hotel, so nothing worth mentioning here. There is some slight wear and tear that you can see on the wallpaper and bathroom, but it's not serious enough to consider it "run-down" by any means.
Service: The staffs were all very friendly and helpful when I needed assistance especially when I was using their yu-pack service.
Cons: There is construction going on next door, so the noise level was a bit higher than usual. Due to the open-design of each floor, this made outside noise even more noticeable and it also made the place a bit chillier once you stepped outside your room.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely stay at this location again.

A great location near trains with cheap parking about a block away. Lots of good food options open late in the area. We were able to park our car and walk most of the time we were visiting Osaka! The rooms are pretty spacious for an APA. One thing is that they lost our reservation so we had to wait a long time for them to try and find it which was stressful. Besides that it is a great location for anyone visiting Osaka.

It’s a great location near both a train station and Denden town.
I had a problem with the sink faucet, the staff changed rooms for me without any problem at all. However the room changed to was dusty, the under-bed storage area was coated with dust and ended up getting dragged in and out with my luggage. They did clean it nicely when I asked them to though so they are very responsive.

Didn’t mind my stay here for the price. It was close to transportation lines and easy to get around. A couple things to note, they have construction going on so it was noisy during the morning and throughout the day. Also, you can hear cars honking and ambulance drive by so it was difficult to get decent rest bc there was no soundproofing to the rooms. Also, you can’t control the temperature in the room so there were times it was very warm and had to keep my window open to cool down the room. Bathroom and room is very small so it’s okay for solo travelers but two people would be crowded.

Amazing. Fresh towels and a lot of necessities provided every day. The best hotels i stayed in during my trip within this price range, i've been to 8 different hotels all over Japan. The staff was also super nice and accommodating. Late checkout is offered on the tv in your room u can see the price and you can just activate it there without leaving your room or talking to anyone.

The hotel was in a very convenient location, right next to the train station and walking distance to Den Den Town and Shinsekai market.
The only one downside was that there was construction going on next to the hotel that made it noisy during the afternoon, but it is a very minor convenience as they stop late afternoon which you probably won't be in the hotel room during that time anyways.
