as described, clean, easy to access and use

Its decent! They always leave new towels and such by the door every morning. They let you leave your luggage with them before and after check out! They also do luggage delivery but you do have to ask them about it! They are quite friendly and clean!

Very basic, comfortable and perfect for those just need a good night sleep.

Very clean very nice, though the room was small it is fairly normal in practically any hotel in japan. But the stay was enjoyable with fresh amenities given every morning and a wonderful staff.

Highly enjoyed my stay, would happily stay there again!

The girls at the reception, if you need something like a computer connector, tell you to buy it, they don't provide any service except giving you the room you paid for.

The girls at the desk weren't very friendly. I asked if they could lend me an adapter for the computer outlet, and the answer was, "We don't offer that service." bought one.

Very easy to check into my reservation just needed my passport, easy bag check as well. Room was very clean, as is the rest of the hotel, I stayed at two different Apa hotels on my trip and it I come back to Japan I will definitely stay with Apa again. You can’t go wrong with the price. Safe, clean and easy.

The hotel is great the cleaning staff are very loud.

Had a great stay in the hotel for two weeks. It has a perfect location for trains and walking.The breakfast was a buffet style with plenty of options for vegetarian and meat eaters.The staff in the breakfast restaurant were great. Food was fresh and it was immaculately clean.Our room was perfect and the bed was very comfortable.it had everything we needed.Never heard a sound from the hallway or anyone in other rooms.The air conditioning was quiet and could stay on all night and worked very quickly to cool the room. All cleaning staff were great.The rooms are cleaned every three days but you can put a sign on the door if you would like a clean between those times.That worried me but it actually worked really well.On the days the room wasn’t to be cleaned, you put your dirty towels and dressing gowns at your door and receive an amenity bag on your door on return with fresh towels, dressing gowns, cups, coffee and toiletries. It really worked very well. The slippers and indoor shoes they supply are great too. Tv has a movie channel you can choose British films. There is a fridge in the room and tea/coffee facilities. A Costa coffee machine(payable) is downstairs at the restaurant and it cheap.On your room tv you can look to see which washing machines are available in other buildings and it was only about £3 to do a full wash and dry and you can keep track of it through the tv. Takes about 2 hours. Rappongi is a beautiful area. And the hotel was perfect for us.Want to come back!

The room was a little small. The sink, toilet, and shower could be separated so you don’t need to wait for other people as long.
