The hotel and rooms are in new condition. Complete equipment in the bedroom and bathroom. Convenient transportation near JR and Subway and near ameyoko market. The cleaning service in the room is very good, changing the towels every day. Thank you.

Everything is great. Service is pretty great and staff can speak English quite well. The room seem small but it ' s enough for traveling.

Location is perfect, near station. Nearby you can find many restaurant, shops. Though it is more touristic place. Room is small, typical Apa hotel. But they provide your necessity. I like that we don't need to bring universal adapter.

The rooms are rather small (which is common in Japan) but still OK for us. Amenities are provided along with liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. Towels and bath robes are provided as well. The biggest point is the location is very strategic, close to train stations and close to lots of restaurants and shops. We are very satisfied with the hotel and the service. We would stay there again for our next visit.

The hotel is all good, great location but just that their air conditioner is centralised which means we couldn't control the temperature. I had to sleep with the window open. That 's the only drawback to this hotel.

Location is very good. The hotel is near Ameyoko market and jr yamanote line and subway line including airport line keisei, but in autumn and winter season the air conditioner can not open by individual room they control by central and it ' s quite hot and it ' s hard to breathe.

The location is close to the train station and many places to eat around. The rooms are a bit cramped for hotel standards in Tokyo. Clean and nice.

The largest hotel chain in Japan. The room is not big but enough for 2 people. Complete equipment, hot water kettle, refrigerator, AC. Rooms are cleaned every 3 days or if requested. Towels and toiletries are restocked every day. Check in and check out independently, there is a machine.

The location is close to JR Ueno and Keisei Ueno Stations, the hotel is good, the building is new, the staff is friendly and can speak English well. Just be careful because across the main road is the Apa Hotel Ueno Ekimae, sometimes they get confused because they are close together.
