一个很好的温泉旅馆，除了本馆还有附馆的温泉，晚间在休息厅供应饮料和酒，中间还会点一把火，相当温暖的感觉，酒店内部庭园很用心佈置维护，早晚餐都是自助的，提供烧烤小灶能自己开小灶，刺身寿司还带了4种啤酒各式梅酒，性价比相当高。。距离草千里中岳火山口都是一小时内的车程，给旅遊的过程提供了最佳的休息站。

施設が古いというのは、書き込みを見て想像していた。エレベータが一機しかなく、混む時間帯は待たされることが多かった。また、自販機が故障していたり、浴衣がチョイスできないような柄がほとんどであったりと、細かなところでもイマイチ感があった。食事については、海外のお客さんが多い印象があった。もう少しのんびり、静かに食事したい人にはにぎやかすぎると思う。正直スタッフとはそれほど会話も交流もなかったため、対応がどうであったかは判断できない。落雷の影響で、どんどこ湯が使えないというアクシデントもあった。お風呂は夜入った時は、暗く足元が危ない感じだったが、朝はそんなこともなく普通に入れた。
