가격이 너무 저렴해서 걱정했는데 생각보다 정말 괜찮았음. 유카타입고 실내대중탕도 무료로 이용하고 다다미방에 침구도 깨끗하고 편하게 사용할 수 있었음. 조식부페도 화려하지 않지만 정갈했음. 다음에 벳푸를 간다면 또 이용 예정.

The rooms are smelly and there was a spider in the room. The sheets are underneath a blanket/cover combo that had obvious stains. We couldn't even spend the night and ran to another hotel. The staff is very nice but the property is just not good.

免费的公共室内温泉的温度非常舒适，但是可惜的是宣传封面的户外庭院温泉要另收费，而且水温偏低，而且遮天蔽日地有布把天都遮盖起来，什么也看不到，欣赏不到什么风景，水温也低，还没有公共室内温泉舒服。另外房间很小，卫生来说和大多数日本旅馆相比比较一般

和室を希望していたのに、洋室で、しかもディスエイブル用のお部屋だったので、なんとなく落ち着かなかった。
そのほかは特に問題なし。
露天風呂も追加料金なしで入れればよかった。

お世話になりました。朝食は満足しています。部屋も２ベットに一人と広く使用でき満足しています。立地については、夜食事をするところが、少し遠いかなと思います。大浴場は、広くゆったりと利用でき良かったと思います。露天風呂は部屋から遠く、料金が少し高いのではないですか。全体的には、満足のホテルでした。ありがとうございました。又機会があれば利用したいと思います。
