Friendly staff, excellent location - walking distance to Dontonbori, Shinsaibashi Shopping Street and Amerikamura, as well as local train stations to travel further afield. Room (Hollywood twin) was sized as expected, beds and pillows very comfortable, and we had the convenience of an ensuite, mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Toiletries provided, house keeping daily, and a microwave, ice machine and washer dryer combos were available on the 2nd floor for guests to use. Luggage storage available, complimentary umbrellas to borrow during wet weather. Highly recommend.

The hotel is great and huge!! The resting area near the front was aesthetic and modern. However, the hotel is a bit far from Dontonburi but it was not hard to get there. I would recommend this hotel for the larger rooms!

Area and hotel was amazing. There are 2 convenience stores right accros. Very quiet. Rome a bit a the smaller size but that is to be expected in Japan. Could only open 1 suitcase at a time by the entrance.

All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is great, 5-10 mins away from Shinsaibashi and underground stations. The room is very clean and they provide fresh towels everyday, even we didn’t put out the sign about making up the room.

Bespoke hotel in Tokyo was fantastic in every area. Bespoke hotel in Osaka was terrible, really terrible. It is hard to believe they are even remotely related. We cannot recommend bespoke Osaka hotel. In fact, we strongly recommend against staying here.

It is in a good location, where you can access to different underground line. Walkable distance to shinsaibashi and next to convenient store. The room is clean and they supply good amount of amenities. The size of the room is slightly smaller than I thought.
