Centurion Hotel Resort&Spa Technoport Fukui

It's a nice and quiet resort with indoor pool. It was nice to have the public bath not too crowded too. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It's a very dated hotel and it's clearly shown in the room. Having said that, the price is really good for the size of the room. The checkout time is 10am. We tried to ask for one hour extension to check out at 11am but was rejected, so was quite disappointed feeling the staff was quite rigid. But we guess for the price we paid for the room we couldn't expect too much.

If you are going to a sports event out on the Technoport, this is the place for you. If you are looking to be near something other than a Lawson store, you might want to search elsewhere. The staff tried to speak English, but said not many English speaking foreigners stay here. There is a restaurant in the hotel open till 10 pm, but if you get there later than that, you are out of options. The pool costs an additional amount of money, but it's not too bad. There are tons of inflatable toys in the pool area to keep the kids happy for hours, and the pool is honestly 90 degrees, so near Jacuzzi temp. The hotel itself is older and dated, but is clean and well kept. Our only issue is the standard issue with most hotels in Japan. Booking kids in the same room with parents tends to cause issues with Japanese hotels. When I checked in, the person at the front confirmed with me the number of people staying. This was reassuring because I have had many issues before. But when we went to the room, there were 2 beds, and 2 futons, but no sheets for the futons. When we contacted the front desk, they tried to say we needed to pay extra to use the futons. I went to the front desk and as soon as I arrived, he was pulling up the translated copy of my online reservation and he said I had already paid, and apologized for the inconvenience. The bellman came up with sheets and made the futons while we waited in the room to go to bed, a bit of a hassle, but not huge. Breakfast is a buffet.

Hotel looks quite new. Very clean. Need to have a car to get there.

Great value for money and booked hotel again on my return trip from Tateyama!

It's been a great experience staying there. Good price and comfortable stay. Special treats are live music and free spa bath.

コロナ禍でホテルの経営は大変ご苦労をされていると存じます。 ただ、酷かった。。。 今回の家族旅行はコロナで休校が続いた後、詰め込み授業でヘトヘトな娘のためにコロナが束の間の収束を見せている間に、、、と企画したものでした。予約時にした質問の返事がなかったので、少し不信感はありました。クイーンサイズで大人2名、子供2名寝れますか？と。なかなか返事が来ないため、こちらから電話をして、確認すると、ソファーベッドがあるので、そちらに大人１名寝たら大丈夫との事でした。 みんなでウキウキと宿につき、チェックインの際、子供の追加料金を催促され、事情を説明すると、予約時の料金のままでよい。といわれました。それはよかったのですが、そのあと、簡易ベッドを準備するからしばらくロビーで待たされました、、、疲れてるのに、、、部屋に入ると、聞いていたソファーベッドはなし。明らかにクイーンサイズではなく、ダブルサイズのベッドでした。 気をとりなおし、夕飯を食べることになりました。 雨も降っていたので、ホテルの中で食べようと、今から行っても大丈夫かを確認して、大丈夫とのことで「沙羅」というレストランに向かいました。 17時45分。子供たちもおなかペコペコでした。 注文後、主人のビールとお刺身は10分程ででてきたのですが、30分後に私の天ぷらそば、1時間後に下の子のお子様ランチ、1時間半後に上の子のすき焼き、と、びっくりするくらいの遅さででてきました。 途中、とりあえず子供のだけでも早く❗️と催促すると、白ごはんだけ先にお持ちしましようか？と、、、 白ごはんだけいただいても、、、と丁重にお断りしました。 今まで数々国内旅行を経験してきましたが、ここまで酷い対応は初めてでしたので、非常に悪いをつけさせていただきます。 コロナ禍大変とは重々承知しておりますが、無理なら受け入れを拒否するという判断ができる方がトップにおられたらこのような被害がなかっただろうな、、、とかんじます。 ちなみに、夕飯を1時間半待ったお詫びはアイスクリームのみでした。子供の分以外はお断りしましたけど、、、

部屋が広いです 温泉も素敵でした

清潔感が有り、安心して利用できました。 また、機会があれば利用したいと思います。 コロナ対策もバッチリでした。

洋室から見えるものが酷すぎた。

建物自体は新しいというわけではありませんが、広々としたロビーや清潔さ、スタッフの方々の丁寧な対応でとても気持ちよく滞在できました。お風呂にはベビー用の椅子もあり、小さな子ども連れにも、また外には遊具もあり、小学校低学年の子どもにも楽しめる施設だと思います。

泊まった部屋は5人まで寝れる広さで、そこを2人で使えたので、とても贅沢な感じがした😄築年数は経っているが、改装もしてあり清掃も行き届いて、快適に過ごせた😊フロントの対応も👌

福井市内のホテルが全て満室だったのでこちらに宿泊しました。正直期待していなかったのですが、イルミネーションもあり、フロントは綺麗で対応も良く、お部屋も広くて気持ち良く過ごせました。水回り等に古さを感じます。お部屋はオートロックではなく鍵です。大浴場があるのは嬉しいのですが、脱衣所の棚の上に飾ってある造花にホコリがたまっていたのは残念でした。浴室ともに清潔感を大切にしていただけると更に嬉しいです。

男3人に対して部屋に置いてある浴衣が男1、女2はいただけない！ もう少し、配慮があってもいいかな！

海沿いなので海が見えるかと思っていましたが、全く見えず残念でした。部屋が一階だったせいですか？バスタブの栓を抜いたら、洗面、トイレに抜いたお湯が溢れてきました！ひどい！外観は綺麗なのにどういう事でしょうか。ホテルズドットコムが安く設定しているせいですか？チェックアウト時 フロントに申し出ましたが、なんの返答もありません。

電子レンジ利用時のお願い方法がどこかに記載されていると良かったです。
