Our room was lovely with a clear view of Mt Fuji. The bathtub was deep, the executive lounge was inviting and had lattes and matcha and snacks. The breakfast wasn’t as good as the other 3 hotels we stayed in, but it was solid. Shibuya is a pretty overwhelming place, but overall we liked being so close to the station.

We travel to Japan to celebrate our daughter's fifteen birthday. We arrived early so they offered a rest area to freshen up until the room was available. When we got to our room we found a birthday card on the table with some pastries. It was a very nice detail. The room was immaculate and also we got views of the Tokyo tower. Staff was very helpful even guiding my daughter to the breakfast buffet to explain allergen foods since she's allergic to nuts. They also have a lounge area stocked with japanese sweets, ice cream, coffee, and souvenirs. In addition, they offered free toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, etc.) Also, there's a resting area and tucked in the corner a very quiet space where you have to take your shoes off. It is five minutes from Shibuya crossing and all of the shops and restaurants.

Great location near Shibuya station but far enough away to avoid the noise. The premier lounge access rooms have great views and lounge access is very convenient. Rooms have what you would expect for a 4*: Nespresso coffee, drinks and water all included. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and quiet. All the staff we met were friendly, polite and spoke English to the best of their ability. Would happily stay here again.

This hotel is perfectly situated in Shibuya a 5 minute walk from the famous crossing. The views from our rooms on the 34th floor were excellent with one room having a view towards Shinjuku and shibuya crossing. In fact, I’d say the view from our room made it not worth bothering with shibuya sky next door. Our other room had a view of Mount Fuji on the clearest day of the 4 we stayed. The standard of the rooms were excellent. They were large and very well equipped. Breakfast was very good as was the bar on the top floor. Very elegant with the same view we had from our room. Very lost in translation esq. The staff here are exceptional. Professional, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend a stay here.

Review of Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel We recently stayed at the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel in Shibuya and had a mixed experience. The hotel itself is well-maintained, and the amenities are nice overall. Rooms were comfortable, and service like turn-down was appreciated. Being on a higher floor did offer a sense of quiet above the busy city. However, the biggest disappointment was the “club floor” experience. This is not comparable to club lounges in the U.S., Europe, or even other hotels we’ve stayed at in Japan. Instead of a refined lounge with views, seating, and adult beverage offerings, it felt more like a small, casual space with light snacks, soft drinks, and a gift-shop-like setup. There were no alcoholic beverages, no elevated atmosphere, and no real place to relax after a full day of sightseeing. It was not represented accurately, especially considering the added cost. Additionally, breakfast was not included, despite being indicated as part of our booking through Expedia, which added to the frustration. Dining was another challenge. All of the hotel’s restaurants were fully booked before our arrival, with no flexibility or room for hotel guest. The concierge tried to assist, but unfortunately directed us to a sushi restaurant that was closed. Overall the price is high for what you get. I wouldn’t stay there again.
