The property was a bit tired, carpet stained, but the room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The communal bath on the first floor was an unexpected treat. The breakfast was delicious offering a huge variety of offerings that were excellent, including an array of fresh fruits. There was an extra charge of 1100 yen for the breakfast— a bargain!

茅野駅から近いので出張で何度か使用させて頂いています。フロントやスタッフの方がとても雰囲気良く応対して頂ける事は気持ち良いです。ただ、お部屋に備え付けの冷蔵庫が古くて小さすぎる事とシャワーヘッドが詰まり気味で水量や温度が安定しないのが残念。朝食は1,100円出しても必ず食べたいと思える美味しさです。

食事、大浴場は価格帯に対してかなり優良で、無料のマッサージチェアもあるが、施設が全体的に古く汚く、さらにオートロックの扉も噛み合わせが悪く閉まりにくい。水があまり良くないのにペットボトルの水もない。昭和時代の価値観のままの優良なビジネスホテルという感じである。
