Spacious rooms, excellent service, clean. Rooms could use a microwave and some USB outlets. I really enjoyed the breakfasts! The proximity to shopping, the Chōfu train station, and a nice walk to one of the best onsens in the area are also excellent perks. I really like this area and this hotel, and I hope to visit again soon.

Very clean and comfortable, and staff were very courteous. Rooms could use some more power outlets or a USB power hub for electronic device charging. The breakfast is reasonably priced and very generous with options. Will definitely return here on my next Chōfu visit!

I used the Creston for 3 night sin August. The hotel itself is fine. The room was large for a Japanese hotel and the location was good (just 2 minutes on foot from the station, right across the street from where the airport shuttle buses stop. The breakfast buffet was very blah, not worth the 1400 yen surcharge. The hotel occupies the top 3 floors of a department store building. There's a Starbucks on the 2nd floor, a Mr. Donuts by the entrance and a swanky supermarket in the basement. Any of those would be a better choice for breakfast.

酒店比較舊，但係都乾淨嘅，而且房間頗大，打開行李放地下之後都仲有好多位。酒店位置非常方便，鐵路站一出嚟過對面就係，喺大百貨公司樓上，望出嚟景觀開揚，酒店職員非常有禮貌！早餐就其實我訂嗰陣時係咪漏咗，佢就話我冇早餐，不過唔緊要，附近都好多便利店可以買定。始終調布市唔係旅遊區，附近嘅商店可能未必習慣有遊客。

調布パルコの8階-10階がホテルになっています。２階には、スタバがあり、7時から開いています。朝食に利用できますね。７階は、パルコのレストランがあります。駅に近いので、方向音痴の私にはとても便利なホテルです。

パルコの上層階にホテルが存在するため、パルコ営業時間帯はエレベーターが来ない。パルコで遊べることのメリットとどう比べるかは利用者の目的によるだろう。設備がとにかく古いのは問題。今どきの施設にしてはコンセントがあまりに少なすぎる。扉はオートロックにはなっているものの、カードキーではない施設は久しぶりに見た。よってカードキーによるセキュリティ対策が不可能であり、だれでもいつでも宿泊階に来れてしまうのは問題。あと、トイレのサイズに便座が合っておらず、特に男性にはかなり深刻な問題が生じる。

古いホテルのようですがフロントスタッフさんの対応も気持ちよく、快適に過ごせました。商業施設の8階にあり、エレベーターで上がる時に一般客も利用するので待ち時間が少しかかります。
