Very affordable stay in this town.

I check out hospital but left the scarf in the hotel at Asahikawa. Found these when I was check in to another hotel at Sapporo. Hotel arrange to sent the missing item to Sapporo without charging posting fee. Appreciated.

Value for money. Amenities are provided. Nothing not good to say to the staffs. The room maybe outdated in appearance but it 's big. We got the twin room/2 beds. Spacious for 2 people and 2 big luggages. Near the Asahikawa station about 4 mins walk. But if the roads are snow-laden, it is difficult to walk with luggages. My only complain is it 's hot in the room. I think the heater overpowered the aircon.

Location was great. 5 minutes walk from Asahikawa station. Front desk staff were much less friendly and helpful than in any of our other hotels in Japan. Not much English. Still, not to the point of being rude. Our room was a full double bedroom so there was enough space. Pillows were so thin and hard though, couldn't sleep much because we were uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay, a decent selection of Japanese food and a bit of Western food. Wasn't much to my taste though, or maybe because lack of sleep.. We enjoyed the onsen, a bit small but nice and hot especially after a day of heavy snow. Good base to catch the bus to Asahiyama zoo, which is a must!

It's very good location for around asahikawa.. Asahikawa station in front of hotel. Next we back will stay here again.

Great location, very delicious food, nice room, nice service, everything is good. I would definitely stay there again.

Pleasant stay. Provides free parking. There's a convenience store just across the road. Everything is good other than the location is a bit far from the nearest train station, which is not really a big matter to us since we drive here ourselves.
