シングルルームの滞在だったので、少し狭めと感じましたが、ベッドはセミダブルでデスク、ミニ冷蔵庫もあり不自由は感じませんでした。とにかく、清潔な部屋でした。カーテンや、シャワーカーテン、とても清潔でした。私にとっては、そこがとても気に入りました。また、利用したいとかんじます。もちろん、フロントスタッフや、クリーニングスタッフの方々もとても感じよかったです。コンプリメンタリーの朝食は、あまり種類はなかったですが、お米が美味しかったです。思わずお代わりしました。3泊しましたが、全然あきませんでした。朝食なので満足でした。値段も安いし、本当に満足でした。ありがとうございました。

Really enjoyed my stay here, very peaceful, everything I needed in the room including pjs and slippers. One star knocked off as for the price I'm surprised breakfast wasn't included, and the eco friendly needs work. The cleaner left the main and bathroom light on all day.

Overall everything was good. It takes 7 to 10 minutes to walk to the metro station, from which all areas of interest can be accessed. Nothing interesting or worthwhile anywhere near the hotel itself

We stayed one night for an early morning flight. The place did the job - kinda. A few things to note which effected the comfort of our stay. The walls are very thin, traffic could be heard all throughout the night and being close to the airport the traffic was non stop. The toilet had no door which was just weird, and quite frankly very uncomfortable even as a couple. The worst part was there was no light switch for the main light. We had to remove the key from the power activation to turn off the lights. Which meant no air conditioning in the middle of winter. So all in all, a bit of a rough nights stay. The receptionist was lovely. Their shuttle to the airport was not available that morning but plenty of Uber’s even in the early hours of the morning so no sweat.

We stayed here for 1 night at the end of our trip so that we would have a place to shower and store our bags before our evening flight home. The hotel is positioned between two subway stations, so while convenient it is a bit of a walk to the station. The hotel staff were great with storing our bags for us and assisting with the cab for the airport. The rooms we booked were just basic double rooms, but had everything needed. The rooms were small with a tiny bathroom, but were clean and we had no issues getting extra towels. Overall, this is a good basic hotel with good service and is located in a decent neighbourhood, within a couple of stops of Namba.

The weather wasnt the greatest so we didnt explore too much. But I personally felt a bit bored in Osaka. So the local area rating is a 3 for me. But the hotel was fine and the house keeping efforts were amazing. Thanks

there are good business hotel for trip the first is that it's so far from nearby subway staition. if you use public transportation, you have to consider about that. also, they are so kindly and friendly. breakfast is good ~ i think cost-effectiveness of this hotel is high

The hotel was located in a good area, easy to access by metro with a 7/11 underneath. However the aircon didn't work which made the room really hot and at time almost unbearable. In sayong that, they did warn us as soon as we checked in so we knew what to expect. The breakfast, location and Staff are amazing and I highly recommend this place for your Psaka stay!
