Small but clean and comfortable

7-11 right next door! Very convenient for breakfast!

Really enjoyed my stay here, very peaceful, everything I needed in the room including pjs and slippers. One star knocked off as for the price I'm surprised breakfast wasn't included, and the eco friendly needs work. The cleaner left the main and bathroom light on all day.

Great place to stay

Good hotel, near Osaka metro station but far from JR station. Next to the hotel is a convenience store and it's near a park if you want to stroll around.

The hotel is located nearby of two subway stations and most of the popular places are within 15 to 25 mins away.

Overall everything was good. It takes 7 to 10 minutes to walk to the metro station, from which all areas of interest can be accessed. Nothing interesting or worthwhile anywhere near the hotel itself

We stayed one night for an early morning flight. The place did the job - kinda. A few things to note which effected the comfort of our stay. The walls are very thin, traffic could be heard all throughout the night and being close to the airport the traffic was non stop. The toilet had no door which was just weird, and quite frankly very uncomfortable even as a couple. The worst part was there was no light switch for the main light. We had to remove the key from the power activation to turn off the lights. Which meant no air conditioning in the middle of winter. So all in all, a bit of a rough nights stay. The receptionist was lovely. Their shuttle to the airport was not available that morning but plenty of Uber’s even in the early hours of the morning so no sweat.

We stayed here for 1 night at the end of our trip so that we would have a place to shower and store our bags before our evening flight home. The hotel is positioned between two subway stations, so while convenient it is a bit of a walk to the station. The hotel staff were great with storing our bags for us and assisting with the cab for the airport. The rooms we booked were just basic double rooms, but had everything needed. The rooms were small with a tiny bathroom, but were clean and we had no issues getting extra towels. Overall, this is a good basic hotel with good service and is located in a decent neighbourhood, within a couple of stops of Namba.

Overall stay was pretty good, bathroom needs a bit of care as the hand basin was peeling. Rooms were clean and service was good. Hotel location was a short distance to train stations.

The weather wasnt the greatest so we didnt explore too much. But I personally felt a bit bored in Osaka. So the local area rating is a 3 for me. But the hotel was fine and the house keeping efforts were amazing. Thanks

there are good business hotel for trip the first is that it's so far from nearby subway staition. if you use public transportation, you have to consider about that. also, they are so kindly and friendly. breakfast is good ~ i think cost-effectiveness of this hotel is high

Everything was good but I got 2 reservations I called to make a change. And the representative created a new reservation without cancelling the initial one
