Comfort Hotel Narita

convenient, comfortable budget hotel with decent breakfast and good location. Walking distance to numerous restaurants, to temples/park, and to both Keisei and JR stations. Easy taxi ride from Narita Airport.

All the staff from check in to housekeeping were so kind and so helpful. Check in was quick, breakfast was wonderful and my room was the best of the 4 hotels I stayed in during my 3 1/2 weeks visit in Japan. Thank everyone at Comfort Hotel for a very pleasent stay

The staff were so lovely at reception; super helpful and very caring. The breakfast and additional amenities available, including sleepwear, was communicated to us after check-in was completed. We stayed on the 3rd floor which was pretty quiet, you couldn’t hear the busy street below. There was an ice machine and vending machine on our floor which was handy. There are lots of things within walking distance and if you wanted to go to the larger Aeon Narita Mall, the taxis are close by or there is a bus that will take you directly there. The station lockers are super handy if you have time to burn before heading off, as we did. The buffet breakfast was really tasty and lots of options. There is also free tea and a coffee machine available until late at night. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great location!

This hotel is conveniently located across the street from Narita station. The room was clean, the staff very friendly, respectful, and helpful. The included breakfast had both some hot meals as well as typical western breakfast. The room was a bit small but for 1 night that we stayed there it was ok.

We spent our final night of a 2 week trip in Japan here. We choose this hotel because of its’ proximity to the airport and also to local restaurants and shops. There was nothing wrong with the hotel, but there was also nothing great about it. I can also only compare it to the other places we stayed in Japan. However, the price was good, free breakfast was ok, location was good as it was only a 7 minute walk to the train station and only 2 stops away from Narita terminal, and the room was very big. The hotel seems old and needs sprucing up, and it was noisy and you can hear everything in the hallway.
