The reception staff were excellent, the room was very clean and comfortable, my only concern was the air conditioning was a bit stuffy, but it was a very nice hotel in an excellent location with car parking.

This hotel is literally a hop, skip and jump from the Kintetsu Shiroko train station - easy access with clean and safe access unlike most other japan roads without sidewalks. The hotel I thought was brand new, however my friend indicated it was at least three years old - and it still looks like new. Impress with the service at the front desk and their capability to effectively communicate, and inform. They provided full accommodation for my needs and requirements. They provided an excellent complimentary breakfast. I am very satisfied with this hotel!!

Room was clean, everything worked well and the hotel staff was helpful. 2 washers for a large hotel is far too little, and the room was pretty small even if it wasn't the smallest. But the breakfast was fantastic, it was very cheap and it was perfectly fine for one night.

The place was ok, the room is also ok, but not suitable for a long stays, if you have only a cabin baggage is really suitable. The staffs were friendly and kind, despite being some a language barrier. I would go back again someday.

The room was very clean, if a little small. I was staying by myself in a double room with little luggage, so OK. With another person it would have been 'cozy'! I did not need or expect a view, luckily because there was a wall directly outside the window about 1m away. Good buffet breakfast with very helpful staff throughout the hotel. 5min walk from the train station in a very safe area.

宿泊中分からないことなどフロントのスタッフの方々聞くと、お忙しいのにニコニコと親切に対応をして下さって、気持ち良く連泊する事ができました。ありがとうございます。朝ごはんもすごく美味しいです！一つ気になったのは部屋の家具の上やデスク横などのほこりが目で見て分かるほど溜まっていて、ハウスダストアレルギーの子供がずっとくしゃみや鼻水の症状が出ていたことです💦 気になったのはそこだけです。親切な対応、本当にありがとうございました✨
