Comfort Hotel Tokyo Higashi Nihombashi

Great place, with excellent location. Breakfast is delicious

Lift up to hotel was very dirty, carpet stained and worn out. Reception was dark/poorly lit. Payment taken at check in. Bed sheets were dirty. Complained to reception and asked for linen change. Receptionist apologised stating there were staff shortages and manager offered another room. Was unable to sleep as from 5am constant noise with people shouting in corridors moving around. No coffee or sugar in room to make a hot drink in the morning. Bathroom ceiling very low so anyone more than 6 foot tall will find it difficult. Outside room, in corridor and lift area bundles of bed linen piled up all over the floor and trolleys just left about by housekeeping staff. Breakfast was terrible. Small restaurant like a fast food outlet, very noisy/crowded. Breakfast served up to 0930 only. No plates only melamine trays with partitions for food like a school canteen. Food was horrible and mostly finished despite 1 hour of service left. Coffee machine in restaurant poured only half cup of coffee into 4inch size cup. Limited selection of drinks at coffee machine. Had a booking for 03 nights but checked out after one night. Hotel was not worth the £145 per night charge. Would not recommend this hotel as it is old, not very clean, noisy and not situated in an area with shops/restaurants. Would not give even 2 star rating.

Convenient location to transportation stations, friendly and helpful staff, well appointed rooms, excellent breakfast buffet with coffee, juices, hot food selection changes daily ( sausage, eggs, potatoes, meatballs, pasta, chicken, rices, soup), yogurt, fruit, salads (mushrooms, cabbage, broccoli, bean salad, tomatoes, potato, dressings), cereals, milk, breads. Staff is particularly helpful. When we missed a connecting flight, our arrival was delayed a day. I emailed them through Expedia reservation and they held our reservation. They cleaned and changed towels daily. Complimentary bath supplies included soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, Q tips. 7-11 store located next door accepts Suica cards for payment, which is convenient for incidentals, ice cream after a long day or a light snack or drink

Loved that the hotel is located right next to a train station. It was easy to get to and from Narita airport. The staff are friendly, and breakfast is provided to you in the morning. If you workout, there's a gym just 5 minutes away. Super convenient location.

The staff were very kind and helpful! The daily breakfast menu changed daily during our 5 day stay there and was delicious! Worth every penny! I liked the 2 laundry areas in the hotel too! Next time I’d choose a larger room just because, but they do have a self storage luggage area on the ground level which was used alot by the guests.

They delivered what they promised including customer care I never regretted choosing this hotel and will recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Tokyo for holidays easy access to the train connections

This is the second time I stayed here, Staff are always pleasant and lovely. Breakfast is decent and is enough to get you going in the day. Convenient location with good train access to the airport and different district's in tokyo.

Close to train stations. Many restaurant choices. Safe. Quiet. Room and neighborhood is clean. Loved the complimentary breakfast. It had a good varieties of food. I appreciate the self service laundry. Everyone was polite and helpful. It was an enjoyable stay.

Helpful staff and close to station exit. However, u gotta walk across the street for another exit with elevator.

Staff is helpful and nice. Nice hotel library area with free breakfast served. JR station is right beside the hotel; however,the exit wih elevator is across the street and about 5 min walk. Lots of lockers and luggage area on the ground floor.

Great location and lovely place to stay

Everyone working in the hotel is super nice and polite. The hotel has been maintaining the higher than average standard of cleanliness and quality of service. The only thing makes us a bit tired is the breakfast. We stayed in the hotel 12 days and felt a bit awkward of the same breakfast provided.
