Really liked our 2 night stay here. Lovely, helpful staff. Light complementary breakfast was a great start to our day. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Great location being walking distance to train station and shopping outlets. Would definitely recommend.

The room was small but big enough for me and spotlessly clean. There is a key card reader in the elevator which is nice for security. The light breakfast was welcome, especially considering how fewer hotels are offering this service these days. The coffee was freshly ground using the machine, and pastries on offer were good quality. Overall I would stay again.

Room was much smaller than hotels where I stayed in Osaka, Kyoto, Matsumoto, for around the same price. Room was also dark, the windows have a kind of frosted glass and wire over them, which allows no outside light into the room. A/C worked, at least. Staff was ok, not super friendly. Was a quick walk to the train station, and lots of restaurants close by.

Enjoyed my stay here. Its a small room for very affordable price close to the Nagoya Station. Even includes a simple breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff.
