Excellent stay. Clean, Nice amenities (washer), nice view from balcony. Free parking is the best.

Good apartment with free parking space. Nice location. Just 10mins to main area in Naha. Just a little to worry is the main door of the building do not lock automatically.

The room is larger than others in Japan. It’s very close to the main street. The staffs are very helpful. Over all I liked staying there.

Great location, parking on site. Nice wee kitchen but we had to pay a fee for utensils, pots and the like, but it was small.

Apartment is amazingly compact with all a traveler needs - kettle, washer, hair dryer, kitchenette, dining table, wardrobe and even a PC. Comes with balcony (to hang clothes to dry). Bed is comfy and overall room and bathroom/toilet are very clean. Mos Burger is just across the road and MacDonald is 8-10mins walk away. Kokusai Street is abt 15-min walk distance. Only drawback is the 15-min walk away from nearest rail station Asato. But if you sre on self-drive trip, then good to know that there a re about 8 free parking lots within premises.

It was unlucky. The room assigned to me had a really strong smell which the staff said it was because of the previous customer (who had brought some strong smelly food). The smell took 2 nights to clear and I was sleeping with a face mask on to dispel some of the smell. It's not the property's fault, the staff tried their best to make the situation more pleasant, so I'm grateful for their help. I dont know where was the owner, he/she never came by to check the situation but gave a slight refund. This type of situations are unpredictable so I suggest that staff do a check before letting customers check out or have permission to charge customers a penalty fee after they move out and if they left the room in a worse state. This is to prevent them from damaging the quality of the room. Other than my unlucky incident, the room size was good for 1-2 people and ample car park space provided. There was an authentic izakaya nearby too which I really enjoyed (Ganko).

非常滿意 非常乾淨

White Terrace Tsuboya is located in a quite neighbourhood. It’s 10 minutes walk to the closest monorail station Asato Eki. Also approximately 15 minutes walk to Makishi, a popular shopping and restaurant area. Overall, we like the apartment, albeit a little bit far from famous sightseeing spots.

아사토 역에서 걸어갈만한 거리지만 접근성이 떨어지는게 단점. 그러나 그를 상쇄할 수 있는 장점이 많음. 1.방이 매우 크다. 화장실과 욕실이 분리되어있고, 주방도 별도로 존재하며, 세탁기와 세제도 있다. 두 명이 지내기에 베스트! 2.정말 깨끗하다. 침구류를 포함한 내부 물건들이 다 새거. 3.주차비가 하루 600엔! 내부 주차장이 부족하면 바로 앞 모스버거 주차장 이용가능하게 제휴. 4.신도쿠라는 라면집이 있는데 오키나와에서 아는 사람만 가는 맛집이 길 건너면 있고, 모스버거는 숙소 바로 앞에 있음. 5.렌트카도 운영해서 싸게 대여 가능. 크고, 깨끗하고! 쾌적한 숙소는 나하에서 거의 경험하기 힘든데 이 부분은 글로 표현안될만큼 가성비를 뛰어넘어 누구나 만족 가능. 하지만 역시 도보로 찾아가기에는 더운 날씨에 힘들 것 같고, 호텔에서 국제거리까지가 또 걸어가기에 만만치 않아서 이 부분 극복 가능하다면 매우 강추!

相対的に良かったけど、冷蔵庫の音がうるさくて、就寝時に気にかかったので、改善してくれるとありがたい。

１月4日〜６日の2泊お世話になりました！ 部屋は掃除が行き届いてとっても清潔でした。 七階の部屋でしたのでとっても静かに過ごす事が出来ました、大変良かったです！ またすぐ近くにスーパーがあってとっても便利でした。次沖縄に旅行する機会が有りましたら是非利用したいと思いまず、ありがとうございました^_^！

3度目の宿泊でして。いつも清潔で、自分の家のように落ち着きます。

快適に滞在できました。清潔感のある部屋は大学生の部屋を借りた、と思って頂くと良いかと思います。

清潔で綺麗に清掃されてあました。繁華街も歩いて10分ほど行け、立地は良かったです。コストパフォーマンスも高く、安く泊りたい方に向いてます。少し臭いが気になりましたので、消臭スプレーがあると、更に良かったです。

受付の方が丁寧で良かったので、また利用したいと思いました。
