Modern and well-maintained hotel. Well stocked with amenities and personal hygiene products. Great location that is walking distance or one subway stop away from the Ginza shopping district. Variety of restaurants in the immediate area. Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful.

Rooms were clean and (bedding) comforters very cozy and comfortable. There were 2 types of pillows, regular and buckwheat? Pillows were a bit hard but okay.
Size of the room a bit small but I think most hotels in Japan are on the smaller size.
I loved the fact that there was a amenities bar at the lobby where you can pick and choose from a wide variety of toiletries, bath products, skincare products and small items, ie oil beads, hair bands and coffees and teas, etc, that are complementary for guests.
The hotel is centally located and close to restaurants and the Metro (Ginza Line).
I would stay here again and recommend this hotel.
