I love this hotel, it has everything I need for a short ski break, price is good with a well fit condition, I like the area, it took me around 20mins walk to the crowd near Prince outlet and ski, but that’s what I enjoy to stay away from shopping center. One thing good for me, all heater and air conditioning can under personal control, as I don’t like over heat. A big open window good for fresh air!

初めての利用でしたが、想像よりチープな印象でした。ただチェックイン時のスタッフの方の対応は良かったですし、場所が分かりやすく、お店も近いので、滞在時間が短く、必要最低限のシャワーとベッドがあれば良いというのであれば便利だと思います。私の時は運が悪いというかTVのリモコンが途中で電池切れか使えず不便でした。 1番計算外だったのはエレベーターがないことです。チェックアウトの時に重いスーツケースを階下まで抱えたのは辛かったです。

職員有禮，客房整潔乾淨及寬敞，只是不能帶大型行李住宿，因為要搬一層樓梯，哈哈！步行至outlet 15分鐘內，整體住宿滿意。

近くにお店はなく夕方になると真っ暗。寝具はIKEAで壁が薄く隣の部屋のテレビの音が聞こえた。まぁ安いので許容範囲内かなと。

ホテルは、チェックインのフロントのスタッフの対応も良く、部屋も清潔感あり軽井沢でこのお値段なら、満足できるレベルだと思います。ナイトウェアがあれば良かったです。ホテル周辺は、20時を過ぎると駅周辺も含め飲食店も少なく、コンビニも24時間営業ではありません。プリンス通りは、歩道の防犯灯も無くライト無しでは危ないです。

ベッド付近の充電差込口が使えなかったのだけが残念その他で気になるとすれば、ベッドのマットレスが柔らか過ぎるので、硬めが好きな方には合わないかもしれません素泊まりなら十分過ぎるし、宿泊費も抑えられるので良いと思います

ホテルランクのわりには広めでくつろげる。室内インテリアも華美でなく落ち着きありまとまっている。ホームページでは各部屋コンセプトが違うようなので、次回は違うタイプもみてみたい。ただ水回りはユニットで狭く、浄水槽なのでしょうか、排水の臭いが少しきになる。全体的には綺麗に手入れは行き届いている。コストパフォーマンスもよいので、機会があればまた利用したい。
