It was a very comfortable room. Spacious, comfortable beds, great shower. The pool was empty so we could not use it during our stay. We did not use the restaurants.

An excellent time at this hotel - very spacious room, powerful shower, very useful amenities, staff that were helpful and friendly. However the meal we had at Chef Mickey was mediocre - food quality really is Disney’s weakness. Despite that, would recommend - just eat in the IKSPIARI mall next door

Hotel was perfect we had a great stay at the hotel. The disappointing part was the fact we had to pay to let the kids use the pool in the hotel and I had to pay for myself to supervise them. I find the booking misleading stating that the hotel has a pool as an amenities but in fact it’s a paid service instead.

I was pleasantly surprised! The rooms are spacious and very clean. You get an early entrance pass for Disneyland, which is amazing. Shuttle buses are super convenient and you are right next to Ikspiari shopping mall, so you grab dinner or groceries easily. The hotel is only a 10 min walk to Disneysea and a 10 min walk from Maihama station.

Resort was 3 star at best. The price does not reflect the quality that should be the hotel. Much better off staying at Sheraton or Hilton Tokyo bay! Breakfast was the worst and most expensive we had on our Japan trip. Suggest leaving hotel for food. Room set up, if you have kids, they expect them to sleep in the double/queen bed with you. After a bunch of discussion, you can order a rollaway for an extra fee each night. Bathrooms are extremely outdated and even the shampoo/bath supplies are cheap. Just really underwhelmed and sad that this hotel was nearly 5x the price of adjacent non Disney hotels with such poor quality.
