the bed is too hard for me but the facilities are complete. there are male staff go to female dorm even though there got female staff in the front desk at that time. (I saw it for 3 times in two days). be careful of the check out time ~~after 11:30 they will charged you 500 yen

Considered to be a good capsule mattress that was one that has a clean bathroom with soap, shampoo, cleansing, hairdryer. The bathroom has quite a lot and enough for other people. The shared bathroom has 2 separate curtains, quite safe but may be a little noisy when other guests come near the subway, JR station Hatchobori.

The location is good, close to JR station. Very clean and nice. The first staff we met when checked in was very polite and helpful, even his English is not really fluent. But on the second and third day, the man staff at the front office was not really nice. Starring at people and keep warning the people on the living room to be more silent where is my opinion there are for the social activities for the guests to meet, talk and share stories, since this area are all together for the kitchen, sofa and TV. Must be aware for the bathroom and laundry is in the basement and no elevator and have to pass through the reception and common area. Using stairs and difficult for seniors.

This hotel is very comfortable and has a private room even in the capsule concept. The shower room for women is also very unique and funny, and provides Japanese famous brand cosmetics. Very pleasant stay at this hotel and I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I had an awesome stay in DJ Hostel Ginza. The receptionists were nice and polite also can speak English. The capsule room was also nice and clean. The bathroom and toilet were my favorite spot in this hostel. They provide us with bath foam, shampoo, lotion, etc. They also provide us with kitchenware and microwave if we want to eat or cook. The heater was also nice, it was warm inside. I stayed in this hostel during winter season in Japan.
