Very clean rooms, friendly cleaning staff. Safe neighborhood with grocery store located across the street. Truly appreciated the complimentary morning probiotic drinks, afternoon ice cream snack and night time ramen noodle soup.
Wish management would consider allocating specific time of day for parents & kids in onset so that other hotel guests can plan around this time if want relaxing kid free time in onset.

This place had a bit of an unusual way of operating where room cleaning is optional and fresh towels are left in a paper bag at the door every day. And that uncanny recurrent song in all common areas was a bit strange.
But it was overall good with great sento (Japanese public bath) in the premises and located within a relatively short walk to a subway station.

This was the best hotel we stayed at in Japan. Check in and check out was quick, the hotel let us store our bags for the afternoon after checkout. The complimentary ramen and ice cream was a lovely surprise and much needed after a long flight. The onsen on the top floor was a relaxing experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was there were guests (Moms) with their children utilizing the Onsen. These guests allowed the children to run around, yell, and splash, as if they were at a pool in a park or at home. My understanding is Onsen are for relaxing and meditating and on that particular evening it was not able to. Perhaps the staff needs to monitor that area a little more. Other than that this place was great.
