Friendly reception staff! Free corn soup, miso soup, coffee, tea. So nice having full sized fridge and microwave, washing machine (no dryer), hot plate, utensils / dishes. It was a bit hot in the room - took a while to get the room cool with A/C, but the temperature outside was in the high 80’s/ low 90’s. The ceiling in our living room area was a bit low, so tall people should be careful to not bump their heads.

Rooms are very small but functional. The basins are quite small so water gets splash everywhere. I found the beds and pillow quite uncomfortable although my companions were ok with them so it’s personal preference. You will be expected to walk quite a distance to the station but the location is between ueno and asakusa and very close to the kitchenware street. Staff were nice and greets guest coming in and out of the hotel. All in all, it’s ok if you’re looking for a short stay in that area.

The family suite space worked really well for our family of 4. Although it may have been "small" compared to some hotels we've stayed in, it was much larger than our previous stay in Tokyo. Within the space there is a full kitchenette, living room, bathroom, laundry room, and space for 4 to sleep comfortably. Pretty impressive for a hotel that is so close to so many attractions and transportation options in such a huge city. The front desk staff spoke relatively good English and gave us great recommendations and service, including helping with forwarded luggage and calling cabs to the aiport.

Had an amazing welcome to Japan with my first two nights of my trip at dots.tokyo! Fantastic property, very clean, great room loaded with amenities and an amazing view of the Tokyo Sky Tree! The staff were amazing and very helpful! I really appreciated all my interactions with, Hanaka, Jun and Naho, who were all full of recommendations, and info! I also have to commend them for their prompt responses to my message after I realized I may have forget my EarPods in the room as I had to leave before the front desk was open to catch my Shinkansen. The stay found them, and kept them safe until I retuned to Tokyo a week later! Would happily stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo!

Incredible, its a small hotel but maximises the space for rooms and minimises corridor room. We were in a group of 3 and it was a little tricky getting our luggage around the room but aside from that we had no issues. The walls are seriously thick and when the maids went to clean and hoover the next rooms we never once heard them until we opened our front door so thats a major bonus. The amenities are fantastic and very convenient so i highly recommend this hotel for a wide range of guests, aside from maybe families with small children as some of the rooms stairs and flooring could be harmful. The staff are incredibly lovely with their, as always, friendly japanese hospitality. They are always ready to accomidate your needs.

The only down side was the walk from the train or metro was a good 750 m - our fault for not checking.
