When walking from or to the airport, there's a short hill to climb but not too difficult. The room was clean and had what we needed. The room took a while to warm up but was comfortable once it did. The electric rug is a nice feature however it smelled unpleasant when warm. The room is so close to the airport and was so convenient in helping us to get in the airport as soon as it opened in the morning.

Great location, it’s near the subway station and the airport. What I like the best is its clean place, bedroom and bathroom. Check-in was so easy, the owner provided us pictures of where we will cross and which street we will turn. Perfect for first timers in Fukuoka! Will definitely book this place again when we return.

처음에 사전 체크인 메일과 호텔 정문, 방문 비밀번호가 송부되는데, 그 때 투숙객 전원의 여권 사진 등록하고 해당국가와 주소, 여행일수만 적으면 절대 주인분과 마주칠 일이 없습니다. 다만 사용 후 청소는 확실하게 해야합니다.
방 안에 청소기랑 로봇청소기가 있으니 활용하시면 됩니다.
공항 국제선행 리무진 버스 탑승장에서 걸어서 5분 거리라서, 새벽에 귀국 일정이 잡힌 분들은 특히 추천드립니다.

Pros: Clean, new, equipped with kitchen facilities, very nice bathroom with a bathtub, toilet with poophole water gun, Lawson nearby, right next to domestic airport (15 min free bus ride from international terminal). No elevator.
Fukuoka domestic airport is very 20 min ride on subway to Tenjin.
Con: the beds squeak really bad when you move on them (unless you don't roll your body at all). They squeal so bad that they wake you up.

荷下ろし駐車スペース無し。エレベーター無し。3名宿泊でも部屋の広さは同じ単身用ワンルーム。チェックイン方法のURLは誤りでアクセス出来ず。ベッドは簡易で少し動くだけでギシギシ音。壁は薄く隣人ガチャ有り。写真に駐車スペースがあるように誤認する写真があり悪質。以上を踏まえて価格が魅力であれば空港から徒歩圏内で設備は綺麗です。

気になった点は 寝返りをうつ度に ベッドのきしむ音が非常に煩く十分な睡眠が得られなかった事です。空港から非常に近く 立地条件は 非常に良かったです。
