This is my second visit here. Just a nice chill place to stay, services were good. Everything excellent, good place to stay if you want to explore Kyoto. Always love EPH Kyoto.

This is the hidden gem of Kyoto. The room is spacious with a lot of facilities such as a washing machine, microwave, mini oven, even a rice cooker. The service is amazing. Definitely deserves a return visit!

Was an amazing experience. The staff were so helpful and attentive. Thanks to them we found an amazing restaurant a few steps from the hotel and they help us to get reservation, one of our favorite restaurants in Kyoto.

Our room was nice and clean. I was surprised of how spacious the room was. They even had a Dyson hairdryer! Toiletries and pjs was provided. In the reception area, you can grab additional toiletries, face lotions and masks. We would definitely come back and stay here.

It was initially hard to find, but that made it quiet. The staff was nice but the housekeeping really stood out. They were really on the ball and friendly. The rooms were dark, which is okay as we needed sleep, but a bit outdated. It was nice having a washing machine.

Very new modern comfortable, spacious and clean stay. Theres no natural light but thats been considered in the design and decore.
