My experience with etavia Yufuin has been nothing short of wonderful. The staff were absolutely lovely, attentive and caring. Helped with finding the best locations for onsens and where to eat. The communication was very good both via email and in person. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk or a short taxi ride for around ¥700. And the rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable. There is an onsen within the hotel for male and female. Highly recommend!

No bathroom!!!!!!! Overpriced tiny room ! It says “ shared bathroom” no only the hot spring room which is for all the residents! A con a rip off. I am going to sue them get a refund. Liars. DO NOT go there!

It was a bit hard to find, as there are at least two places with the same name in town, but the inn itself is very nice. I was impressed by the room especially. They stayed open for check-in very late - 1:00 am- because we were going to be late arriving. Very flexible.

The public bath onsen didn’t seem like a real onsen- the water was mildly warm (almost cold), the cleanliness of the female changing room was disappointing because there was a lot of hair on the floor. No amenities were provided for a hotel that’s rated with a 3 Star (eg. Shower caps, hair brush etc). The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were poor quality. Disappointing. Uncomfortable stay. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

•事前にどのようなアメニティなどがあるか、丁寧な説明がなかったので、浴衣や歯ブラシなどがないと思い持参して荷物を増やすことになった。最近は浴衣や歯ブラシなど備えていない宿もあるので、あるものは全部明記してほしかった。 •共同の内風呂は家族風呂になるのはいいが、ひとつしかないので、朝も夜も待つことが多かった。使用頻度が高いせいか、脱衣所の床がびちょびちょで、スタッフがいる時は頻繁に管理するなり、宿泊者に浴室でからだを拭いて出るなどのマナーを徹底させるといいのでは。 •外のスパ？は殺風景な作りで、夜使うにはライトも暗く、使うのに躊躇したが、お湯の質や温度もよく、掛け流しなのでお湯がきれいでとても良かった。 •なんと言っても、金鱗湖の神社側に近く、朝散歩する拠点としては最高の位置にあった。また、観光客が歩き回る通りには直接面しておらず、周辺は静かで良かった。 •スタッフの対応も丁寧で、近くの立ち寄り湯などの情報をわざわざ調べて教えてくれた。

개인 노천탕이 있는 방을 선택한 것은 아주 훌륭한 선택이었습니다. 그리고 이 동네 상점들이 대체로 문을 일찍 닫는데 로손 편의점과 매우 가까워서 밤에 배고프지 않았고 유후인 역이나 버스터미널로 이동할 수 있는 버스정거장도 아주 가까워서 이동하기도 좋습니다.

宿泊だけなので仕方ないかもしれませんが、ホテルの方が常駐していないのが気になります。裏口は21:00まで扉も開けっ放し。防犯面になんの配慮もないと感じました。裏口すぐのお部屋でしたので、部屋から出たら外です。施錠はしないにしても扉くらい閉めて頂きたいです。また朝8:00から1時間ほどブレーカーが落ちて停電。しかしホテルの方が居ないので気付いてももらえず、カスタマーに電話しましたが、そこから復旧に30分ほどかかる始末。露天風呂つきの客室も良かっただけに、そこだけが残念です。
