We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel personnel was more than helpful. We had a minor medical situation and they went out of their way to help us find medical attention. This was more complicated because many clinics were closed due to a holiday but they made many phone calls and found a solution for us. We are very grateful for their diligence. The hotel itself is very new and the decor is quite modern. Everything was clean and in perfect condition.

The whole place is quite new and very modern. We were traveling across north and stayed here for the night. If you stay here go to the little sandwich truck out the front for a fantastic egg sandwich. We were very impressed the hotel is very nice and new.

とてもキレイで、お部屋も広く、快適に過ごせました。バスタブは無く、シャワー室のみでしたが、トイレが別にあるので、かえってこの方がよかったです。

家族3名で雪山レジャーで1泊利用させて頂きました。立地場所的にスキー場、城崎、出石等も向きやすく、周辺観光には車であれば便利な場所だと思いました。施設的には、全般にとてもコンパクトな作りで、気軽に利用できる感覚でした。スタッフさんも気さくで、笑顔で親切に接して頂き　とても良かったです。後は、浴室がバスタブ無しのシャワーのみでしたが、シャワー勢いが弱いの入浴が時間かかる感じでした。気になる点はこのぐらいでした。食事関係はレストランが無いので　近所のファミマか、車で五分位の町中華店　ラーメン店、地元スーパーへ買い出しに行くか。当方は土地勘あったので、ラーメンと買い出しに走りました。子供が小学生のうちは、小旅行で子供の課外学習を口実に1年通して利用できると思ってます。笑ハチ北スキー通い35年ですが　もっと前にできて欲しかったです。若さで次の日にフラフラで仕事に出勤してた頃このホテルがあったら、もっと体に優しく楽しめたのにな〜っと羨ましがってました。笑また利用させて頂きます。有難うございました。
