the hotel is very close to shin osaka station, stay through gate 7, shin osaka access is very good if you want to ride the shinkansen

Super convenient for a one night layover in Osaka. 3 minute walking to Osaka Metro and 10 minutes to Shinkansen (with luggage). Room was clean and comfortable. There was a large step up to the bathroom which might be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Bathroom was nice sized, beds were comfy. They stored our luggage for several hours after check out so we could explore a bit. Breakfast was additional fee (I think?) But it was good and very convenient (though there is a family mart right around the corner). Overall good price and great for a short stay!

Excellent location for easy access to Shinkansen and one of the major metro lines in Osaka. Hotel is perfect for someone who will be out and about most of the day. Bathroom is super clean.

It was an average experience at this hotel. The perk is that it’s close to Shin Osaka. It’s much smaller than our first hotel in Ginza. It was hard to maneuver with our luggages. The AC was really loud overnight and we can hear other people in other rooms. Our toilet/bidet also stopped working after the first night. We just couldn’t bother with asking for help. Service was good. There’s a coin laundry which was convenient, although the drying only option doesn’t fully dry our clothes so we had to hang a bunch of items strategically in our small hotel room with the 4 hangers we got. Overall, it was an average experience.

We really enjoyed our japanese breakfast every day. Mackerel, auto self dispense rice machine, food was tasty. Potato salad on cabbage. Green tea. Coffee. Clear broth. The facility was roomy compared to APA (claustrophobic). Faucet easy to use. Slight train sound. Convenient to subway if you don't mind going down a steep stairway. Next to shin osaka station. A bit hard to find at first. New towels every other day.
