Super convenient location—FamilyMart is nearby, and McDonald's and Ippudo are literally opposite the hotel. Easy access to the airport, and the staff are friendly. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Very, very friendly staff, the lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful. She was also the one who checked us out, and she was very helpful with our luggage for Yamato service. The hotel location was excellent; it is close to everything that's necessary, within walking distance to Kuromon Market and Dotonbori area. The MRT is just right in the hotel corner, as well as many shopping places. Very pleasant place to stay and very clean.

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Namba, with Namba City and Namba Parks shopping malls literally just across the street. Whether you’re craving late-night snacks, shopping sprees, or easy train access, everything is at your doorstep. The room itself made the stay even better. It’s spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed with a separate bedroom and living area, giving you that cozy “home away from home” feel. Having a washing machine and cooking stove inside the unit was a game-changer—especially for longer stays. It really feels more like a stylish serviced apartment than a hotel! If you’re visiting Osaka and want comfort, convenience, and the ultimate Namba experience—Fraser Residence is the place to be. Can’t recommend it enough!
