Furuyu Onsen Oncri

Was good especially in winter month where the snow covers the tree top. Dinner is good. Breakfast is just nice. Not too heavy. Nice place. Well maintained. Not overcrowded. Service is good. The bus shuttle service provided is a big plus. Thank you.

Nice hotel design . But most of the staff don’t speak English well. There are v few choice of food and the Japanese restaurant is not to par , the food is way overpriced . The quality is below average . I hate to say it but the truth is that the food is the worst I have ever tried in Japan . the staff there is not polite and at some point I found them rude . Eg we had dinner in a private room but the air conditioning was hot, without bothering the waitress , I tried to adjust the temperature by remote control . One waitress came in and rudely re set what I have set . She said something in Japanese with an angry face which I was perplexed to see her expression. Even if she thinks that’s should be her job to do the temperature instead of mine , shouldn’t she at least asked me what I wanted ? Another similar experience happened during breakfast time when I took the pepper from the buffet counter for my scamble egg and helped my kids with the it, but again , without asking me whether I still needed it, the same waitress came over and took the pepper bottle away rudely without saying a word ！ that’s very very rude of her . All in all, the staff in catering services are carrying black face all the time , making me feel very bad and our holidays experience is ruined ! The room is big and clean but some of the windows can let light in early in the morning like 6am that you will be waken up by the daylight . We have to ask the staff to block them off with some fabric.

Food 4.0, Onsen Oyu 5.0, Scene 4.0, Room, 3.75, Checked-out too early for prepaid breakfast, after special request, they gave us bread and coffee, instead. #PrisonerRyouri ???

This hotel gave me lots of surprises. Start from the pickup from Saga Station to the hour - which is a 30 minutes ride (complimentary). Upon arrival, warm welcome from their staff, all wearing a smile, leading me to the lounge, offered me a Japanese cold tea with a piece of French dark chocolate. Check-in was done at the lounge, seated comfortably with the nice view of the mountain outside. Stylish decoration of the hotel, indoor and outdoor hot spring, nice breakfast. Not having too many rooms, so the whole stay is quiet and peaceful. Please note map on Hotels.com shows a wrong location, it is far from the centre of Saga, but up to the mountain.

スタッフの対応が良く　気配りが行き届いていた　食事も美味しいでした　

全館ほぼリフォームされており、綺麗だった。せっかくなら新館に泊まりたかったが満室だった。　　料理も美味しく、よるは花火が上がって子どもたちも大満足。　お風呂もたくさんあって、とても満足でした。

두 번째 간 여행이었는데, 역시나 만족스러웠습니다

餐飲服務很好

The hotel is clean and spacious. The room is a Japanese style one. It is comfortable and clean. The spring is clean and comfortable too. Dinner’s food and environment is good but the breakfast is suitable for vegetarians (nearly no meat) and is not tasty. There is a free children game area in the lobby. Parking is free and when you check out, every exult need to pay for 600yens for the spring free which I don’t know before. But it is also ok for the price.We will recommend this hotel to our friends.

立ち寄り湯にお邪魔したのことがあり、宿泊してみたいと思い、お伺いしました。 お風呂も広くのんびりでき、スタッフの方々もとても親切にご対応頂きました。 楽しみにしていた朝食ビュッフェも美味しかったです。 とてもイイ時間を過ごすことが出来ました。 ひとつだけ思うところは… お夕食のお肉を頂く際のご飯は、白米が良かったです。（縮緬山椒の混ぜご飯ももちろん美味しかったです。） 白米も選ばせて頂けたら…と思いました。 またお伺い致します。 ありがとうございました。

501号室だったかと思います。広いお部屋でゆっくりと過ごすことができ、また、お料理も美味しく、何よりぬる湯の温泉がとても良かったです。それらの点はとても良い思い出で、他の方にもお勧めしたいです。 しかし、寝室のエアコンが臭すぎました。最初の「お部屋説明」の時から、寝室に足を踏み入れた途端、エアコンの臭い匂いが充満しており、当然、案内をしてくれた係員の方も気づいているはずだと思うのですが、問題意識がないのか、スルーでした。 夜、臭くて、一息吸うたびに嫌な気持ちになりましたが、寝ないわけにいかないので仕方なく眠りにつこうと努力しました。エアコンを消してもみたのですが、それだとやはり熱くて寝られず、臭さを我慢して夜を過ごすことになりました。 お部屋の担当者や、清掃係の方など、気づいている人は複数いるのではないかと思いますが、それを「自分ごと」として捉えることができていないために、上に報告が上がることもなく、そのまま放置されているのでしょう。社員教育の在り方や情報共有の仕組みに問題があるのかもしれません。今後改善されれば素晴らしいと思います。

다 좋았지만, 특별히 여행 중 식사에 대해 중요하게 생각하시는 여행객에게 추천을 드립니다. 2층 스미래에서의 만찬은 여행 중 먹어본 식사 중 최고였습니다. 그리고 특산물을 포함 기념품샵이 너무 잘되어 있어서 다른 곳에서 선물을 살 필요가 없었습니다. 쉼, 식사, 쇼핑이 가능한 곳입니다. 이번 여행에서는 일부 가족만 갔었지만, 다음에는 다같이 가서 다시한번 여행하고 싶은 곳입니다. 훌륭한 서비스를 해주신 호텔리어분들께 감사드립니다.

ロビーにあるカウンターでも仕事が出来た お茶も入れてくれて、wifi も使えました

部屋から見える窓一面の緑、ぬるま湯で長く浸かれる温泉、クオリティ高い朝食、大満足でした。 パジャマが心地良くて、購入したくなりました。
